Abstrak
Bukan disebabkan gempa bumi tetapi keruntuhan bangunan dan infrastruktur yang
menyebabkan kerosakan dan kehilangan nyawa manusia. Bagi mengurangkan bahaya
sebegini, bangunan dan infrastruktur perlu direkabentuk supaya tidak runtuh disebabkan
oleh gempa bumi. Kertas kerja ini membentangkan prosedur bagi menjana modified time
