Mohamed Zaki: I have a question need from your side a confirmation
Mohamed Zaki: we have a case that we need to fetch a data from Oracle Fusion OTBI DB to
BICS Data source
Mohamed Zaki: and as per Oracle Documents the tool for that is Data Sync Tool
Mohamed Zaki: and this tool must be installed on an on-primes client machine
Mohamed Zaki: and customer need everything to be in cloud
Fernando Villegas: Ok, and do you have a paid account?
Mohamed Zaki: I am a partner for Oracle and this is a request from our Customer in Saudi as
he has a paid account and need a confirmation from our side
Mohamed Zaki: that we can have this data sync tool on cloud
Mohamed Zaki: or there is anoher way to move data without any on-primes machines
Fernando Villegas: OK, well since I don't have any further information (and I don't have the
data sync tool), I strongly recommend you to reach out to the dedicated channel who is able to
assist you with. Please contact to the My Oracle Support in order to receive this kind of
confirmation and more technical support (as well as the data sync tool and installation guides)

required will also be able to raise SR on your behalf for your query. You only need to call them
and slowly explain your case
Mohamed Zaki: so you can't even confirm if there is any way to move data from OTBI to
DBCS of BICS through cloud ?
Fernando Villegas: I'm not pretty sure about it, so that is why I invite you to reach out to the
