 Jeff Boss is trusted for his extensive and first-hand experience in working
and thrivingin chaos. As a former 13-year Navy SEAL whose top awards
include four bronze stars with valor , two purple hearts, two presidential unit
citations and six combat actions ribbons, among others, Jeff is a highly
sought out coach, consultant and speaker on the topics of leadership and
teamwork. He's also a founding team member of the SEAL Future Fund, a
non-profit that helps former and transitioning

Jeff is the Co-Founder of Chaos Advantage, a global coaching and

consulting firm that helps leaders defeat complacency and eliminate the
poor leadership epidemic. He's also co-founder of the Adaptability Metric, a
proprietary personal assessment tool that measures ones individual
disposition toward change as well as the SEAL Future Fund, a non-profit
Co-Founder that helps former and transitioning SEALs with financial, education and
mentorship opportunities.
