 Reflection on Peer Observation Feedback
My second lesson that taught observed by my classmate Khawlah on 27

February 2017 which was about Rocks Properties. I taught grade two

section, B students. Besides, my partner Khawlah and I went through my

lesson weakness and strengths into these following point:

o Lessons concept and materials or resources used.

I prepared a lesson that using one of the efficient differentiation

strategies which is the flexible grouping that contributes to making all

students level to reach the main lesson objective. Besides, I recall their

prior knowledge at the beginning of the lesson which helped them to

make a relationship between their previous information and the new

concept. As I observed, reviewing the previous lesson using an attractive

method and efficient strategy reinforce student to learn and make them

being active with you. For instance, I used dice object, and I required

from students to answer the same matched questions. They were so

active it was like an energic task to refresh their minds and start gaining

new information. However, the point I should concern about it in

reviewing part is to simplify the question by making it clear and

appropriate for classs average level.

Additionally, I used two kinds of technology tools which are data show

and laptop. The laptop was teachers tool while the data show. While
explaining, I asked different students to solve or circle the answer in

the front of the class. In my view, I noticed that contributes to making

the student feel involve into the learning process, and they interact with

me which helped them to understand the concept.

Moreover, I used cards points as one of management strategies, and I

devote red points for group works, and the gold one is for individual

work. From my experience, I see that worked well with me they tried

their best to achieve the highest points.

All in all, I enjoyed teaching this science concept and learned from my

weakness.
