The lesson plan is a bit confusing, be specific in the procedure

Reflection on MSTs Observation Feedback
My first observation that I taught observed by my MCT Fatema Alawadi
on 8 March 2017 which was about Rock Cycle. I taught grade two section,
o My Strength
which an excellent method to make the students feel engage. I noticed that
they became energetic after playing this game and they were so much
excited to start the new lesson. To be honest that impact positively on me,
terms to manage the class such as calling out names of the talkative
students, giving out points for the right answers and Praising the groups
with the best answers and good behavior. Besides, once in noticed that
they are some misbehaving actions I used eye contact technique and I
asked one student to act how good student should behave in the classroom
while the teacher was talking. I recognized that all of the learners paid
attention with his classmate explaining and all of them got the idea of
the individual worksheet and I reward the best student who participated
My MCT suggested for to stay in a position where all students can see me
at the end of the lesson that I made some language errors specifically in
student feel confused slightly. As far as, I also understand that I have to
give students more time to copy the answer from the board which for sure
For the next lesson, I will try to generalize my instructions and model the
activity for the whole class before starting to make it easy for them.
