Dana Gas has started the sales gas production from the Zora Gas Field, located in the Sharjah Western Offshore Concession. Subsequently sales
production was delayed due to urgent maintenance work on gas supply infrastructure at the customers receiving facilities. The gas is being transported
through a subsea pipeline to a newly built onshore gas processing facility constructed by Dana Gas and located in the Hamriyah Free zone in Sharjah. The
field is expected to achieve a flow rate of 40 million cubic feet a day (6,650 barrels of oil equivalent).

Production has started from Dana Gas Zora gas field development. Process optimization is under way to deliver peak output of 40 MMcf/d (1.1 MMcm/d).
Development involved construction of a fixed platform and a subsea pipeline conveying the gas to a new processing terminal in the Hamriyah Free Zone in
Sharjah. Dana Gas will manage the field, gas sales and purchase agreements. Production will be used for power generation in Sharjah, replacing some of the
Emirates current feedstock that includes diesel fuel.

Dana Gas expects first production before yearend from its Zora gas field development offshore the UnitedArab Emirates. The production well has been
completed and cleaned up.All construction works for the related onshore reception plant are also finished with precommissioning and commissioning works
now in progress.At peak, Zora is expected to have a production capacity of around 40 MMcf/d of gas (6,650 boe/d).

The jacket for the Zora field platform offshore UAE was loaded onto a barge last month in preparation for installation at the offshore location. The company
expects first production by midyear. It is using a US$100million term facility, secured last September 2014, to help finance completion of the project.
