CONSENT LETTER

We, the M/s. ________________________________________ are in the business of

_____________________ and are desirous of engaging (__________ nos. of) Private
Security Guards through M/s. ___________________________ (Agency) for Security of
our Factory / Establishment. We are given to understand understood that the said
Private Security Guards have applied to the Government of Maharashtra for are
desirous of obtaining Exemption under Section 23 of the Maharashtra Private Security
Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981. We hereby give our consent
for considering their applications for exemption pertaining to our Establishment. We as a
Principal Employer assure that the said Security Guards will be are in enjoyment of
employment of more wages and benefits which are on the whole not less favourable o
such Security Guards than the benefits by or under the Act or the Scheme made
thereunder. that of fixed by the Board and We undertake to revise the same as and when
Board revises it from time to time. We also undertake to abide with the Provisions of
Maharashtra Private Security Guards Act, Rules and the Scheme framed there under,
particularly Registration of our Establishment as a Principal Employer of an exempted
Guard as provided under Clause 13 (1) (a) of the Scheme. At the same time, we
undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the Certificate of Exemption and the
Notification thereof.

We also hereby undertake to abide to engage the Security Guards through the said
Agency only for the exemption period i.e. 3 years from the date of Exemption
Notification and we are aware that we cannot engage Security Guards through any other
Agency or otherwise, we have to engage Security Guards through Board by Registering
ourselves as Principal Employer or engage direct and regular Security Guards.

We are well aware that if Agency fails to comply with the provisions of the said Act, and
scheme and the terms and conditions of the Exemption Notification, the ultimate liability
of complying with the following the same lies on us as an Principal Employer of
Exempted Security Guards.
