Academic Affairs Division is working on ways to facilitate student with tool to assist academic advisor and student to calculate

students GPA. This tool will forecast their result based on

their target grade for each subjects registered in the current semester.

Create a web page based on the following requirement:

a. Allows input values for name, matrix number, programand semester.

b. Allows user to key-in subjectcode, subject name, credit hours and target grade for each subject. Students are able to key-in these information maximum of6 subjects.
c. Once user click Calculate button, it will display
i. Grade Point and Accumulating Point for each subject
ii. Semester Credits Taken
iii. Semester Grade Point
iv. GPA for the semester

1. This is a group project (maximum of 3 students).
2. The assignment should be submitted in:
a. A printed report that consists of assignment questions, answer (coding + remark) and sample output
b. Softcopy (upload to Expert systemLearn)
3. Date of submission: Week 7
