I. nh lng Glucose trong huyt thanh:
1. Nguyn tc:
Nng glucose huyt thanh c xc nh bng phn ng oxy ho vi enzyme
glucose oxidae (GOD). Phn ng to ra hydroperoxid (H2O2). Cht ny c ly gii bi
phenol v 4-aminophenazon di xc tc ca enzyme peroxidae (POD) to ra
