4.1)
What was effective in your learning experience?

Having an instructor that genuinely cared about our learning and success - the extra effort to make jokes, play themed music, have
interactive classes was greatly appreciated and broke up the mundane wah wah wah of the usual sit and listen lecture. Also, breaking it
down and offering to do one on one teaching helped to further my learning experience. Mrs. Langheld also told us straight forward what to
know and what we would most likely see in practice instead of giving us 100 pages to read and being vague and saying well you really
need to know it all. You are very direct in your teaching style and this facilitates the meat and bones of what we need to know.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Mrs. Langheld. She is one of my all-time favorite instructors. Mrs. Langheld motivates students and provides words of
encouragement, which really makes a difference.

Made class very interactive; lectures/powerpoints appealed to auditory and visual learners

Mrs. Langheld has been a GREAT!!! instructor in first year nursing and second year nursing. She is the most helpful, energetic, caring
instructor. She goes the extra mile to give her student an exciting learning environment. She is very knowledgeable and she is always
helping to increase the student knowledge by using different learning tools to meet the various learning styles of her student. She has an
excellent approach to students and faculty. Her actions show me that she likes what she does and she want us to like what we will be
doing when we become nurses by setting a great example. She goes over and beyond to make sure we are encouraged and empowered
to believe we can be the best nurses, where ever we may decide to go. I am thankful for Mrs. Langheld.

Mrs. Langheld helping when it is needed and being gracious when aggrivated.

Mrs. Langheld is a very knowledgeable instructor and delivers the material in a very understanding way. She never talks "over our head"
and likes to make sure we "get it" before she moves on. She also makes herself available after class if we need additional time learning
something. Example: reading FHR strips or doing a newborn assessment. She has definitely helped me so much this semester, if not for
her I would have been lost.

Mrs. Langheld is a wonderful instructor. She does an excellent job to effectively teach to each persons learning style

Mrs. Langheld is extremely knowledgeable and presents information in a way that is easy to learn. You can tell she really cares about her
students succeeding and that is important to me as a student.

Mrs. Langheld leads by example. She continues to amaze me in her ability to provide high caliber instruction, professionalism and a level
of character that inspires, motivates and brings out the best in us.

Mrs. Langheld was exceptional in teaching us maternity. She always has great stories to help illustrate a concept. She is always
professional and genuinely cares about our success. Wish she taught more 1st level and 2nd level courses.

Ms. Langheld is an incredibly supportive instructor. I think she truly cares about us as students and is interested in our success
professionally. She is a great person to learn from and I find mysef retaining a lot of the information I learn from her.

Ms. Langheld where do I begin to sing her praises. She is the best teacher I have ever in my career had. She is professional, attentive,
clear, precise, and most of all she reads prior to class and is prepared to answer any questions or concerns. She is very interested in the
success of her students and has gone the extra mile for me. I will always be grateful for having the opportunity to be a student of Ms.
Langheld.

The instructor made the class interesting and relevant. She made sure to share the most up to date practices and procedures.

The seated course was very effective, instructor is easy to approach and very knowledgeable and professional

This instructor goes beyond and above to help the students understand concepts. Very clear on what there is to learn. She is very
animated and has clear and conside voice threads. Simply the best because her information sticks.

Use of power point presentations, annotations, video links, and in class discussions.

What could have improved your learning experience?

Available recordings of the presented lectures.

Be more open to ther's opinions about learning styles.

If Mrs. Langheld taught more of the maternity content. Avoid so many assigned conflicting textbooks to read.

More time to have slowed down and digested the material. There's nothing that I can think of that the instructor could have done
differently to improved my learning experience. You were great!!

More time to learn some of the content. Mrs. Langheld did excellent with the time she had but it would have been helpful to split some of
the content up and over more time.

She is a great professor.
