Numbers 9:1-5

The Passover
The Lord spoke to Moses in the Desert of Sinai in the first month of the
second year after they came out of Egypt. He said, Have the Israelites
celebrate the Passover at the appointed time. Celebrate it at the
appointed time, at twilight on the fourteenth day of this month, in
accordance with all its rules and regulations. So Moses told the
Israelites to celebrate the Passover, and they did so in the Desert of
Sinai at twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month. The Israelites
did everything just as the Lord commanded Moses.
Matthew 26:26-30
While they were eating, Jesus took bread (matza), and when he had
given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, Take and
eat; this is my body.
Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them,
saying, Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the (new) covenant,
which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you, I will
not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I
drink it new with you in my Fathers kingdom. When they had sung a
hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
