to provide students the opportunity to attain the skills necessary in becoming successful,

high expectations, the opportunity to learn, and intellectually rigorous teaching. Care and
support for students creates conditions conducive to academic success and well-being, like
physical and psychological safety, trust, a sense of respect, value, and belonging, as well as
