MECHANICS:

1. The instructor will be the one to

state the DUCK, COVER OR
HOLD. For example, if the
instructor said DUCK, the
participants will imitate the
indicated picture (no need to sit).

DUCK hands at the back of the

DUCK
neck.
COVER hands on the top of the
head.
HOLD stand still

2. The challenge of this game is the

alertness of the participants.
3. The winning participant will
receive a prize.
