WIRUlink is a licensed telecommunications service
provider. We offer voice and data services to business
and residential customers. Operating since 2010,
WIRUlink has rapidly expanded its network coverage
and customer base. With over 75 operational high
sites in and around Gauteng (more than 250 in
planning/approval/construction phase across the
country) and a growing fibre optic network, WIRUlink
has extensive network coverage backed by a national
roll-out plan.

With over 3,500 customers, increasing by an average
of 150 SMEs per month in Gauteng alone, WIRUlink
has established itself as a market leader in the
wireless broadband industry.
During a recent MyBroardband customer survey,
WIRUlink has been voted as the best wireless internet
service provider. This result is testament to WIRUlinks
exceptional customer service and unique value
offering.

Based on our performance over the last seven
years and the increasing demand for broadband
services, management is of the opinion that
WIRUlink is at the early stages of a rapid growth
phase within the business life cycle. By
implication, although current performance is
remarkable, WIRUlinks potential to generate
future income / cash flow is exponentially greater
than the current levels experienced.
Investment Opportunity
Debt Funding
The investor has the opportunity to earn
exceptional interest rates when lending funds to
WIRUlink for its expansion based on contracted
terms with regards to principal amount, interest
applied and repayment period. Other terms could
also include reinvestment of interest or capital,
security / collateral against the loan or an option
to convert loans to equity on expiry.
Equity Investment
The investor has the opportunity to became a
WIRUlink shareholder by purchasing a portion of
equity at an agreed price, to fund the expansion.
The equity price is based on the Free Cash Flow
valuation of the entity and other adjustments or
terms as specified in the purchase and
shareholders agreement respectively.
