Narrative Report on APTA General Meeting

In order to settle things up, Liceo de Bay, headed by their school

principal Mrs. Tacderan together with her teaching staff, officers of the
APTA executive board and other school officials called for a general
meeting scheduled on March 10, 2017 at the school covered court.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:

1. Moving up program for the grade 10 students

2. Class report/ feed backing
3. Various awards
4. Criteria for giving awards
5. Fee,
6. And others

In that meeting, it was discussed that the moving up ceremony will be on

March 31, 2017, various awards shall be given to the deserving students.
Class report and student performance were tackled in relation to the granting
of honors.

Furthermore, it shall be obligatory for the parents to settle their financial

duty on or before the end of the month the principal reiterated.

In addition, there was also an open forum between the teachers and
parents wherein they were free to ask questions regarding to the agenda
that has been discussed.

The meeting was then ended ensuring that all the matters that have been
tackled and agreed was fully understand by the concern subjects of the
meeting, and was hoping for positive outcomes.

Dear Mrs. Tolentino,

I am extremely grateful to identify the statement of your official

correspondence intimating me to attend to a recollection with your esteemed
teaching team at 3:00 p.m. on 10th March 2017.

I am also work limited to inform you that I had made all the essential
arrangements to loosen my tight schedule to be there, at the planned
reminiscence time.

Having said that, I was predicted to be present in the recollection on the

day, I had a stifling time in the university campus. There was a hassle
everywhere as the whole situation was extreme and the pre occupied roster;
Common men, affluent to inadequate, placed to lots of difficulties as well. I
tried a lot to get to the recollection at the planned hours but my all efforts
were in vain.

In this disappointing background, I would like to show my written apology

and guilt, tardily, still, with a gentle demand to be acquainted with my
heartiest apology.

I will again repeat my requests for not only condoning my overall

incapability due to unavoidable reasons but also give me an additional
opportunity to be present at your activity on another date and time easy to
you and assist.

I am extremely sorry for not joining the recollection youd arranged before
but I will guarantee you that I will attend the next activity for sure.
