Quota for Behavioural based safety & Asset integrity observation reporting
cards per employee.
Key organisational changes shall be done through MOC
Refresh Bow Tie analyses and tie responsibilities for barriers (tasks &
targets) to HSE critical

Review list of Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) and revise accordingly.
Review / develop performance standards beyond PM (include reliability &
availability) for all SCE
Risk based inspection (RBI) roll out across all assets
PSM reporting within company as per API 754.
