TRADER LOCATION AGREEMENT
For International Offices
THIS TRADER LOCATION AGREEMENT is
made effective on date indicated on the
signing page below between Elite Vantage
Placement Ltd. (We, Us and Our) and indicada abajo, en la pgina de firmas, entre

WHEREAS certain of Our affiliates (the
Vantage Group) electronically day trade in
securities, futures, foreign exchange and

through other organized markets around the
world (the Vantage Group Business); and
WHEREAS We want to retain You to
supervise the Traders who will trade the
Vantage Groups capital from out of the
trading office location owned and managed
by You (Your Trader Location).
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the
mutual promises contained below, the
sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby
acknowledged, You and We agree as follows:
Section 1 Your Roles and
Responsibilities
(1) You shall:
(a) train and supervise the Traders
operating at Your Trader Location;
(b) ensure the Traders comply at all times
with all laws that apply to the Vantage Group
Business (including securities laws,
regulations and rules, all self-regulatory
organization rules that bind the brokers
through whom the Vantage Group directly or
indirectly trades, and all marketplace rules
on which trades are executed (collectively,
the Securities Laws) together with all of
Vantage Group risk procedures that We
communicate to You;
(c) collect the Traders personal
information and verify their identities
according to the procedures We
communicate to You; and
(d) obtain further information regarding
particular Traders and their trading patterns,
whenever requested by Us.

CONSIDERANDO que queremos exhortarle

(2) You are not authorized to bind Us or
any member of the Vantage Group to any
contract, or to use Our or the Vantage
Groups corporate names, logos or
trademarks such as Day Trade the WorldTM,
except to the extent required to fulfil Your
obligations under this Agreement.
(3) You will operate Your Trader Location
in the city indicated on the signing page (the
Territory).
(4) The order entry personnel associated
with Your Trader Location (referred to in this
Agreement as Traders, which includes
personnel referred to as student traders)
will be engaged and remunerated as
independent contractors by Elite Vantage.
However, in light of Your role as the Traders
supervisor, You will be fully liable to Us for all
acts and omissions of any Trader operating
out of Your Trader Location.
(5) You acknowledge that the monthly
fee formula under this Agreement has been
grossed-up to include the fees payable to all
Traders at Your Trader Location and You shall
be responsible for paying out such fees to
the Traders at the Trader Location.
(6) If You are comprised of two or more
parties, then:
(a) all parties will be jointly and severally
liable for all of Your obligations under this
Agreement; and
(b) We may rely on any one party as
acting on behalf of all of You (for example,
We may pay Your monthly fee to one party
acting on behalf of all of You).
If after the date of this Agreement You wish
to add one or more parties to this
Agreement, such parties must agree to the
terms of this Agreement using Our form of
document.
(7) You will pay to Us the applicable set-up
fee communicated to You. However, if at
any time You terminate Your Agreement
and return the PPro8 Cube to Us, Your set-
up fee will be refunded to You in full.

Section 2 Trader Location is Your
Asset
(1) You acknowledge and agree that the
Trader Location is Your own asset and not an
asset of the Vantage Group. Without limiting
the foregoing, You (and not We or the
Vantage Group) will be responsible for:
(a) payment of rent, utilities and all other
lease requirements related to Your Trader
Location;
(b) the cost of all computer,
telecommunications and other office
equipment used at the Trader Location; and
(c) all applicable taxes and remittances
(such as Your government pension plan or
employment insurance payments, if
applicable).
Section 3 Independent Contractor
Relationship
(1) You are entering into this Agreement
as Our independent contractor and not as an
employee of Ours or any member of the
Vantage Group, and You will not represent
Yourself to third parties, including Traders, as
being an employee.
(2) This Agreement is not intended to
give You any fiduciary or other rights and
benefits from Us or the Vantage Group, other
than the specific obligations of Ours set forth
in this Agreement.
Section 4 Your Monthly Fee
You shall be entitled to payment of a monthly
fee determined in accordance with the
formula described on Schedule A to this
Agreement. Payment shall be made either
by Us or one of our paying agents.
Section 5 Hours of Work
You shall be free to determine Your, or Your
office managers, hours of work, provided
however that either You or another office
manager designated by You must be
available during market trading hours to
supervise the Traders.
Section 6 Trading System
We and the Vantage Group may, from time
to time, retain one or more vendors to supply
the order execution software and other
software applications used by You and the
Traders in connection with the Vantage
Group Business (the Trading System).

Seccin 3 Relacin de Contratista

Seccin 4 Su Cuota Mensual

Your use of the Trading System shall be
governed by the terms of Schedule B to this
Agreement.
Section 7 Suspension or Termination
of Trading by the Vantage Group
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) any order entered through the Trading
System from Your Trader Location may be
rejected by the Vantage Group in its sole
discretion, including if the order does not
comply with applicable Securities Laws or
with any guideline established by the
Vantage Group from time to time;
(b) the Vantage Group has the right to
suspend or terminate trading or other
activities by You or any Traders at Your Trader
Location for good reason as determined in
the sole discretion of the Vantage Group,
including without limitation, shutting down
Traders for the balance of a trading day for
risk management purposes; and
(c) the Vantage Group may perform risk
management assessments on all orders
entered by Traders at Your Trader Location,
which may result in cancellation of open
orders and trading-out of long or short
positions.
Section 8 Your Representations,
Warranties and Covenants
You represent, warrant and covenant as
follows to Us and acknowledge and confirm
that We are relying upon such
representations, warranties and covenants in
connection with this Agreement:
(a) You must ensure that the Traders
associated with Your Trader Location
physically trade from out of Your Trader
Location and are not doing so remotely from
home or another location (subject to
subsection (b) immediately below);
(b) if a Trader from Your Trader Location
wishes to temporarily visit and trade from
another trader location, or traders from
another trader location wish to temporarily
visit and trade from Your Trader Location, You
will arrange such visit ahead of time with
Your Vantage Group representative in
accordance with the Vantage Groups trader
transfer policy;
(c) You will not solicit or attempt to solicit
traders or managers away from other
Vantage Group trader locations;
(d) all statements and information
frmula descrita en el Anexo A del presente

Seccin 5 Horas de Trabajo

Seccin 7 Suspensin o Terminacin
del Trading por Vantage Group
Usted reconoce y acepta que:

discrecin, incluyendo si la orden no cumple
con las Leyes de Valores (o Securities
Laws) aplicables o con cualquier norma

actividades de Usted o de cualquier Trader

determine a discrecin de Vantage Group,

Seccin 8 Sus Representaciones,

corporate entity, Your direct and indirect
shareholders) to any of Our or the Vantage

(e) You shall (i) use Your best efforts to
provide accurate and complete Trader
information to the Vantage Group as
reasonably requested by it, and (ii) promptly
correct and update any such Trader
information You later discover to be
incomplete or inaccurate;
(f) You shall ensure that each Trader ID,
manager ID and authorized manager ID
provided to individuals at Your Trader
Location is used only by the individuals
assigned such IDs and You shall promptly
advise the Vantage Group if any Trader,
manager or authorized manager is no longer
associated with Your Trader Location;
(g) if You are an individual, You have
obtained the age of majority and are legally
competent to execute this Agreement and to
take all actions required under this
Agreement;
(h) if You are a corporate entity:
(i) You are duly qualified, licensed or
registered to carry on business in the
Territory;
(ii) the execution, delivery and
performance by You of this Agreement:
(A) has been duly authorized by all
necessary corporate action on Your part;
(B) does not (or would not with the giving
of notice, the lapse of time or the happening
of any other event or condition) result in a
breach or a violation of, or conflict with, or
allow any other person to exercise any rights
under, any of the terms or provisions of Your
charter documents or internal by-laws or any
contracts or instruments to which You are a
party or pursuant to which any of Your assets
or property may be affected; and
(C) will not result in the violation of any
Securities Laws or other laws of the Territory;
and
(iii) this Agreement has been duly
executed and delivered by You, and
constitutes a legal, valid and binding
obligation of Yours enforceable against You in
accordance with its terms; and
(i) You have been given sufficient time to
review this Agreement and the opportunity
to seek independent legal advice with
respect to this Agreement. You have either

declined to seek such advice, and in either
case, You understand the nature and
consequences of this Agreement.
Section 9 General Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us
and the other members of the Vantage
Group (including each of Our and their
directors, officers, employees, shareholders,
agents and representatives) harmless from
any loss, damage, claim, cost, legal fee and
disbursement in relation to any breach by
You of any of the terms of this Agreement or
any misrepresentation or breach of warranty
made by You, including but not limited to,
any costs or penalties incurred by Us or the
Vantage Group as a result of Your failure to
make any required governmental (including,
any pension, unemployment or tax)
remittance. We will hold the Vantage
Groups benefits under this indemnity in
trust for the other affiliates in the group and
enforce it on their behalf.
Section 10 Privacy Waiver
You agree to the disclosure of any and all
personal information regarding You (or if a
corporate entity, regarding Your
shareholders) by Us and the Vantage Group
as considered appropriate by Us and them,
acting reasonably, to execute orders, settle
transactions and otherwise in connection
with the Vantage Group Business, directly or
indirectly, through third parties, or as
otherwise required or permitted by law or to
applicable regulatory authorities,
marketplaces and/or self-regulatory
organizations.
Section 11 Exclusivity, Non-
Competition and Non-Solicitation
(1) Unless otherwise agreed by Us in
writing, You shall cause the Traders to
exclusively channel all their orders through
the Trading System and not through any
other trading systems.
(2) During the term of this Agreement,
and for a period of two years following its
termination, You shall not:
(a) induce or attempt to induce any
Vantage Group trader or manager to limit his
or her involvement with any member of the
Vantage Group; or
(A) han sido debidamente autorizados

vinculante de Usted y ejecutable a Usted de

(i) Usted ha tenido el tiempo suficiente
para revisar este Acuerdo y la oportunidad
de buscar asesoramiento legal
independiente con respecto a este Acuerdo.
Usted ha solicitado asesoramiento legal
independiente o ha decidido no buscar esta
asesora, y en cualquier caso, Usted
comprende la naturaleza y las consecuencias
de este Acuerdo.
Seccin 9 Indemnizacin General
Usted se compromete a indemnizar,
defender y librarnos a Nosotros y a los
dems miembros de Vantage Group
(incluyendo cada uno de Nuestros y Sus
directores, funcionarios, empleados,
accionistas, agentes y representantes) de
cualquier prdida, dao, reclamo, costo,
honorarios legales y desembolso en relacin
con cualquier incumplimiento de Usted de
cualquiera de los trminos en este Acuerdo o
de cualquier falsedad o incumplimiento de
garanta hecho por Usted, incluyendo pero
no limitado a, cualquier gasto o penalizacin
incurrida por Nosotros o por Vantage Group

Section 12 Confidential Information
(1) Either during or after the term of this
Agreement, You shall not, except as required
by law and except for the purposes of this
Agreement, communicate, disclose or use for
Your own benefit or for the benefit of any
other party, any confidential information
relating to Us, the Vantage Group or the
Vantage Group Business (the Confidential
Information).
(2) Without limitation, Confidential
Information includes the following:
(a) the documents posted to the
Manager's Wiki or posted to any other web
portal maintained by Day Trade The WorldTM.
(b) this Agreement and its commercial
terms, including fees charged to You by Us;
and
(c) the trading information generated by
Your Trader Location, including all orders
entered, modified, cancelled and/or
executed;
but excludes, for greater certainty, any
trading strategies and general trading know-
how You or Your Traders develop.
(3) Upon termination of this
Agreement, You agree upon request to
promptly surrender to Us all Confidential
Information or to certify that You have
destroyed all Confidential Information in Your
possession.
Section 13 Term
This Agreement becomes effective on the
date signed back to Us by You and shall
continue indefinitely until terminated, as
follows:
(a) at Your option, upon 30 days written
notice to Us; and
(b) at Our option, in the circumstances
described in Section 14 below.
Section 14 Termination
This Agreement shall be immediately

Seccin 11 Exclusividad, No
Competencia y No Solicitacin
(1) A menos que Nosotros acordemos lo
contrario por escrito, Usted deber hacer
que sus Traders enven todas las rdenes a
travs de Nuestro Sistema de Trading y no a
travs de otros sistemas de trading.
(2) Durante la vigencia de este Acuerdo,
y durante un perodo de dos aos despus
de su terminacin, Usted no podr:
(a) inducir o intentar inducir a cualquier
trader o manager de Vantage Group a limitar
su relacin con cualquier miembro de
Vantage Group, o
(b) solicitar a cualquiera de los
exempleados o empleados actuales de
Vantage Group o a cualquiera de los
extraders, exmanagers o traders o managers
actuales de Vantage Group para cualquier
negocio similar al de Vantage Group.
Seccin 12 Informacin Confidencial
(1) Ya sea durante o despus de la

observance by You of any of the provisions in
this Agreement;
(ii) any matter that adversely affects
Your ability to perform Your obligations under
this Agreement;
(iii) the commission of any harassment by
You or any Trader operating from Your Trader
Location or You otherwise allowing a culture
to exist at Your Trader Location that reflects
negatively on the Vantage Groups
reputation;
(iv) the violation by You or any Trader
operating from Your Trader Location of any
Securities Laws, or any other act having the
potential to expose the Vantage Group, or
any of its personnel (including independent
contractors) to adverse publicity or civil or
criminal penalties, or Your commission (or
alleged commission) of a criminal or
securities-related offence;
(v) the wilful disobedience or neglect by
You or any Trader operating out of Your
Trader Location of any of the Vantage
Groups compliance-based policies or
procedures in force from time to time; and
(vi) relocation, obtaining or establishing
the office premises of Your Trader Location
outside of the Territory without Our prior
written consent;
(b) at Our option, if the Vantage Group is
no longer involved in the Vantage Group
Business;
(c) at Our option, if You have not started
the training program within three months of
the date of execution and have not made all
necessary and desirable arrangements such
that premises and equipment are available
and Traders (including student traders) are
trading within six months of the date of
execution hereof;
(d) at Our option, if (i) there is a change
to any applicable existing Securities Laws,
(ii) a new applicable Securities Law is
introduced, or (iii) there is a proposed new
Securities Law that is applicable to the
parties or there is a proposed change to an
existing Law that is applicable to the parties

Seccin 13 Plazo

Seccin 14 Terminacin

the benefit of creditors, (iii) institute, or have
instituted against You, any proceeding
seeking (x) to adjudicate You as a bankrupt
or insolvent, (y) relief or composition of Your
debts under any law relating to bankruptcy
or insolvency, or (z) the entry of an order for
relief for You or for any substantial part of
Your properties and assets; or
(f) the mutual written agreement of You
and Us.
The provisions of Sections 1, 2, 6 (in respect
of the period ending at the termination), 8
through 22 shall survive any such
termination.
Section 15 Assignment
Neither this Agreement nor any rights
hereunder may be assigned by You to any
other party without Our prior written
approval (except to Your heirs or estate on
death), which consent may not be arbitrarily
or unreasonably withheld. We may assign,
transfer, delegate or sub-contract any of Our
rights or obligations hereunder, in which
case We shall use reasonable efforts, but
shall not be obligated, to notify You of such.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and
enure to the benefit of the parties and their
respective heirs, executors, personal legal
representatives, successors and permitted
assigns.
Section 16 Entire Agreement and
Modification
This Agreement, including its Schedules and
the Vantage Group policies and procedures
referred to above, constitutes the entire
agreement between You and Us and
supersedes all prior agreements,
understandings, negotiations and
discussions, whether oral or written, among
the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof. There are no representations,
warranties, covenants, conditions or other
agreements, express or implied, collateral,
statutory or otherwise, between You and Us
in connection with the subject matter of this

Section 17 Notice
Any notice, direction or other communication
given under this Agreement shall be in
writing and given by delivering it or sending
it by E-mail addressed as follows:
(a) to Us, at:

(b) to You, at the mailing address,
facsimile and e-mail address separately
communicated by You to Us and as updated
by You from time to time.
Any such communication shall be deemed to
have been validly and effectively given (i) if
personally delivered, on the date of such
delivery if such date is a business day and
such delivery was made prior to 4:00 p.m.
(local time in the place of receipt), and
otherwise on the next business day, or (ii) if
transmitted by e-mail, on the business day in
the place of receipt following the date of the
transmission. Where the notice has been
provided by e-mail, the delivery receipt
generated by the senders e-mail server shall
be considered as sufficient prove of delivery
of the notice.
Any party may change its address for service
from time to time by notice given in
accordance with the foregoing and any
subsequent notice shall be sent to such
party at its changed address.
Section 18 Enforcement
(1) In the event of a breach by You of any
of the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, We shall be entitled to institute
and prosecute proceedings in any court of
competent jurisdiction, to obtain damages
for any breach of this Agreement, or to
enforce (without security for costs or

(4) You agree that if You commence any
proceeding under any applicable bankruptcy
or insolvency laws, You will not seek to stay
any right of Ours to terminate this
Agreement or prevent Us from setting-off
amounts owing by You to Us under any other
agreement against amounts owing to You
under this Agreement.
Section 19 Governing Law
(1) This Agreement shall be governed by
and interpreted and enforced in accordance
with the laws of Anguilla without regard to
the conflict of law principles.
(2) You irrevocably attorn and submit to
the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Anguilla.
Section 20 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be
determined by a court of competent
jurisdiction or arbitrator to be illegal, invalid
or unenforceable, that provision shall be
severed from this Agreement and the
remaining provisions shall continue in full
force and effect.
Section 21 Waiver
No waiver of any of the provisions of this
Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a
waiver of any other provision (whether or not
similar), nor shall such waiver be binding
unless executed in writing by the party to be

transmisin. Cuando la notificacin ha sido
enviada por correo electrnico, el recibo de
entrega generado por el servidor del correo
electrnico del remitente se considerar
como suficiente prueba de la entrega de la
notificacin.
Cualquiera de las partes puede cambiar su
domicilio de notificaciones de vez en cuando
mediante notificacin a la otra parte hecha
en conformidad con lo anterior y cualquier
notificacin posterior ser enviada a dicha
parte al nuevo domicilio.
Seccin 18 Cumplimiento
(1) En el caso de incumplimiento de Su
parte de cualquiera de los trminos y
condiciones en este Acuerdo, Nosotros
tendremos derecho a instituir y entablar
procedimientos en cualquier tribunal de
jurisdiccin competente, para obtener daos
y perjuicios en caso de violacin de este

this Agreement against Us has no application
and any such right is expressly waived by
You.
(2) Any reference in this Agreement to
gender includes all genders and words
importing the singular number only shall
include the plural and vice versa.
(3) The division of this Agreement into
Sections and the insertion of headings are
for convenient reference only and are not to
affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
Section 23 Counterparts, Execution by
Electronic Means
This Agreement may be executed in any
number of counterparts and all such
counterparts taken together shall be deemed
to constitute one and the same instrument.
This Agreement and any amendments
thereof may be executed and forwarded by
the executing party by electronic
transmission (including by way of facsimile,
PDF or similar e-mail transmission of the
signing page of this document, or by click-
through consent to an online version of the
complete text of this document), to the other
party(ies) and the receipt of an executed
copy of this Agreement by a party shall be
binding to the sending party to all intents
and purposes as if it had been an original
signature.

(4) Usted acepta que si Usted comienza
cualquier procedimiento bajo cualquier ley

no va a intentar negarnos Nuestro derecho
para dar por terminado este Acuerdo o

Seccin 19 Ley Vigente

SCHEDULE B
TERMS OF USE
1. License. You shall have a non-
exclusive, non-sub-licensable (except as
otherwise agreed in writing) and non-
transferable license (the License) to use
PProTM and any upgraded or successor
system together with all related accounting,
P&L, risk and reconciliation systems
(collectively, the Trading System) while
this Agreement is in effect solely for the
purpose of trading the Vantage Groups
capital on equities marketplaces and similar
exchange-traded venues (including for
greater certainty futures and/or options)
located in the United States, Canada, Europe
or other international markets.
2. Use. You represent and warrant that
You and Your employees and agents (or, if a
corporate entity, Your shareholders,
directors, officers, employees and agents)
(collectively defined herein as Your
Representatives) use of the Trading
System will be solely to engage in the
Vantage Group Business as contemplated
and restricted by the terms of the Agreement
and not for any other use. You are
responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of any and all applicable
codes given to You (including to Your
Representatives) in connection with the
Trading System. You are responsible for all
activities that occur using such codes and
agrees to notify the applicable services
provider immediately of any known or

Trading; y (C) todos los dems gastos de
Trading incurridos por Vantage Group que

(c) Pagos Retrasados; Compensacin

3. Indemnification by You. You
(including Your Representatives) shall not
reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell,
rent, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate
or commercially exploit the Trading System
in any manner or furnish it to any other
person without Our prior written consent,
which consent may be arbitrarily withheld.
4. No Liability to Us. Notwithstanding
anything to the contrary contained in this
Agreement or otherwise at law or in equity,
neither We nor the Vantage Group shall be
responsible in any manner whatsoever for
any indirect, special, incidental,
consequential or other damages, losses or
expenses, however caused, including any
loss of use, lost or incorrect data, lost profits,
business interruption, personal injury, or any
other pecuniary loss, whether the action is in
contract, tort (including negligence) or other
tortious action, with respect to the Trading
System and/or the related services, including
any damages suffered by You or Your
Representatives, in connection with their use
of the Trading System and/or the related
services. Furthermore, notwithstanding
anything to the contrary contained in this
Agreement or otherwise at law or in equity,
Our damages to You shall be limited to an
aggregate amount of US$50,000.
5. No Warranty, Representation or
Guarantee. No warranty, representation or
guarantee is made with respect to the
Trading System. Without limiting the
foregoing, all express or implied
representations, warranties and conditions in
respect of the Trading System arising or
implied by statute, common law, custom,
usage of trade, course of performance,
course of dealing or otherwise, including but
not limited to any representations or
warranties or conditions or mechantable
quality and/or fitness for a particular
purpose, are expressly excluded.

trade en vivo (es decir, no en TMS), tiene

ANEXO B
TRMINOS DE USO
1. Licencia. Usted debe tener una
licencia no exclusiva, no sublicenciable
(salvo que se acuerde lo contrario por
escrito) e intransferible (la Licencia) para
usar PProMR y cualquier actualizacin o
sistema sucesor, junto con toda la
contabilidad relacionada, G&P, riesgo y
sistemas de conciliacin (colectivamente, el

6. Trademarks and Copyrights.
Certain names, words, titles, phrases, logos,
icons, graphics or designs of the Trading
System may constitute trade names,
trademarks or service marks, registered or
unregistered (Trademarks) of the
supplier(s) of the Trading System. Persons
using the Trading System do not have
permission to copy, redistribute, reproduce
or republish, in any form, any information
relating to the Trading System. Any process
or technology relating to the Trading System
also may be the subject of other intellectual
property rights reserved by the supplier(s)
and is not licensed under the Agreement.
Any unauthorized downloading,
retransmission, or other copying or
modification of Trademarks or other contents
relating to the Trading System may be a
violation of statutory or common law rights
which could subject the violator to legal
action or other actions.
7. Exclusivity. For the duration of this
Agreement, You agree not to license or use
any order execution system other than the
Trading System in connection with the
Vantage Group Business, except for the
order-routing and related systems of the
executing brokers retained by members of
the Vantage Group.

4. Sin Responsabilidad para
Nosotros. No obstante cualquier disposicin
contraria a lo contenido en este Acuerdo o
de lo contrario por ley o en equidad, ni
Nosotros ni Vantage Group ser responsable
en forma alguna por ningn dao indirecto,
especial, incidental, consecuente o de otros
daos, prdidas o gastos, sin embargo
causados, incluyendo cualquier prdida de
uso, datos incorrectos o perdidos, prdida de
ingresos, interrupcin de negocios, daos

equidad, Nuestros daos atribuibles a Usted
se limitarn a un monto total de US$50,000.

5. No Garanta o Representacin.
Ninguna garanta o representacin se hace
respecto al Sistema de Trading. Sin perjuicio
de lo anterior, todas las representaciones
expresas o implcitas, garantas y
condiciones respecto al Sistema de Trading
que surjan o implicadas por ley, derecho
habitual, de encargo, uso comercial, curso de
ejecucin, cursos de negociacin o de otro
tipo, incluyendo pero no limitado a,
representaciones o garantas o condiciones o
calidad comerciable y/o idoneidad para un
propsito particular, son expresamente
excluidas.

6. Marcas Comerciales y Derechos

de Autor. Ciertos nombres, palabras, ttulos,
frases, logotipos, iconos, grficos o diseos
del Sistema de Trading pueden constituir
nombres comerciales, marcas registradas o
marcas de servicio registradas o no
registradas (Marcas) del proveedor(es) del
Sistema de Trading. Las personas que
utilicen el Sistema de Trading no tienen
permiso para copiar, redistribuir, reproducir
o republicar, en cualquier forma, cualquier
informacin relacionada con el Sistema de
Trading. Cualquier proceso o tecnologa
relacionada con el Sistema de Trading
tambin puede ser objeto de otros derechos
de propiedad intelectual reservados por el
proveedor(es) y no est autorizado en virtud
del Acuerdo. Cualquier descarga no
autorizada, retransmisin, u otro tipo de
copia o modificacin de marcas registradas u
otros contenidos relacionados con el Sistema
de Trading pueden ser una violacin de los
derechos legales o de la ley comn, que
podra someter al infractor a las acciones
legales u otras acciones.

7. Exclusividad. Durante la vigencia

de este Acuerdo, Usted se compromete a no
licenciar o utilizar cualquier sistema de
ejecucin de rdenes que no sea el Sistema
de Trading en relacin con el negocio de
Vantage Group, con excepcin del ruteo de
rdenes y sistemas relacionados con los
agentes de bolsa retenidos por miembros de
Vantage Group.
