Only operators whose pilots are familiar with the mountainous terrain and the other circumstances in the vicinity of Innsbruck may apply for such permission. The application shall contain: + ACFT and engine type + MAX permissible landing/take off weight + information on the acceleration segment + requested meteorological minima + IAG intended for use by flight crows. ‘The following missed approach performance data are required for an altitude of 3500tt 1. all engines climb gradient, IAS and bank angle applied, + at ISA +10°C (i.e. OAT +20°C), + atISA-10°C (.e. A co-located DME provides distance information for regulating the descent and discontinued descent flight profiles The visual fight segment includes a turn of more than 180° after passing the decision point some 6nm ENE of the AD in order to position the ACFT for final approach RWY 26 or for circling RWY 08. Initial approach segment a) Main radio navigational aid and initial approach fix for this procedure is NDB KTI Enter the holding pattern of NDB KTI and descend - if necessary - to 13000tt. Positively identify LOC OEY not later than overhead NDB KT. b) ACFT approaching via VOR/DME KPT on R138 shall maintain 13000ft inbound to NDB KTI. For direct approach ACFT may descent to 11500 after passing D39 KPT. Turn overhead NDB KTI to QDR 104° at 11500ft or above and continue approach according to item 2.3 b) below. Remark: 1. Both - VOR and DME KPT - must be operative. 2, Do NOT enter the holding pattern NDB KT! below 13000t ‘TAIsOBARNEIS APRART OF NAVIGRAPH NDAC AND IS INTENDED FOR FLIGHT SIMULATION USE ONLY
