Mixed dry nuts 80 gm
Method:
y Melt chocolate and butter on a double boiler
and keep aside to cool it down
y Whisk eggs and castor sugar at high speed till
mixture becomes fluffy
y Add melted chocolate and butter mixture
with eggs and sugar. Mix for 3 to 4 minutes at
medium speed
y Sieve cocoa powder and refined flour together
and add to the above mixture. Add nuts and
mix at medium speed for three minutes
y Pour mixture in greased baking pan and bake
at 170 C for 40 minutes
y After baking cool it down for 2 to 3 hours. Cut
and serve hot with vanilla ice cream or hot
