Description

The purpose of the Go To Market team is to develop best practice

strategies and insights, to improve consumer and customer
satisfaction. The GTM team works with the rest of the business to
ful l the company purpose to empower people by making all
things home simple, ef cient and enjoyable.

The Go to Market Manager reports into the SVP GTM & Sales.
The purpose of the Go to Market Manager is to pro tably grow
topline revenue and improve consumer and customer satisfaction
by representing the sales team strategically in:

Enhancing existing products

Implementing best practices
Facilitating cross-channel sales optimization and sales EEQ
(ef ciency, effectiveness, quality)
Driving collaboration with stakeholders to deliver best
practices for market launches
Responsibilities:

Management and stakeholders

Tactical execution of the company strategy

Identify key stakeholders for areas of accountability
Consult stakeholders to make prompt and clear decisions
Be accountable for identifying and managing long term risks
associated with decisions and proactively develop plans to
manage these within the scope of your role by working
closely with the analytics, insight and communications teams
Adopt a whole business perspective when solving issues and
developing plans
Promote Move Inc company values and encourage teamwork
through multi-line of business and key stakeholder
collaboration
Ensure team members are compliant with company policies
and procedures and adhere to the Move Inc values
Product Marketing

Collaborate with Product teams

Identify new/enhanced product development and facilitate
development

Work with relevant stakeholders and segmentation analysis

across all products
Commercial Opportunity Analysis and Tracking

Monitor, identify and recommend revenue growth

opportunities through analysis
Implement tactical campaigns and/or initiatives to
continuously drive customer/consumer satisfaction
Provide ongoing measurement and tracking of all active
initiatives and conduct relevant post-implementation
reviews to establish effectiveness
Sales Communication

As necessary develop and manage channel communication

across sales channels
Lead the sales force engagement strategy and support the
product and sales leadership team
Work with L&D to design and deliver tailored training as

required, through formal sales training and sales kick-offs
Partner with marketing communications in the continuous
re nement of all sales collateral and ensure this meets the
needs of the sales channels
Development of case studies and market analysis
Customer Marketing

Develop a deep understanding of the customer to develop and

execute customer marketing strategies to:

Manage and deliver campaigns that drive product awareness

Develop sales tools
Develop strategic marketing campaigns to deepen client
relationships.
Drive customer satisfaction
Drive customer retention
Communication

Participate in regular performance and evaluation reviews

with self and team
Communicate effectively with highly developed written and
verbal communication skills including the ability to present
complex reports for management levels.
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and relevant

Minimum 5-8 years of progressive success in Consumer-
