POSITION : Administrative Executive

REPORT TO : General Manager

SUBORDINATES : Security Officer, Safety Officer, Office Assistant, Document


Controllers, Administration Clerk
A) JOB SUMMARY:
1. Assist management in all administrative works.
B) DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Managing Directors in administration works of Human Resource.
To implementation of Quality Management System of ISO 9001:2000 as a committee

member.
Implement, monitor, update and help to develop to make sure all the company's
3.
administrative policies and procedures based on the company's guidelines
Dealing with government agencies pertaining to licenses and utilities and other related
4.
matter.
Prepare and carried out orientation for new staff to foster positive attitude toward company

goals.
6. To handle all the inquiries regarding company policies, procedures and programmes.
To review employee performance to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within
7.
organization.
8. To handle employee benefits such as sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance.
9. To carried out others duties as required by the supervisor or management.
10. Maintain the records and in charge of applying/renewing work permit for foreign workers.
C) AUTHORITY
1. Approve Leave Application for subordinates..
D) ACADEMY REQUIREMENT
1. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
E) EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum 2 years of general administrative experience.
2. Possess strong computer literacy skills.
3. Willing to multi task, self-motivated, good managing skills & time management.
Able to empathize and to be patient in handling employee’s grievances with good

communication skills.

REPORT TO : Security Officer

SUBORDINATES : NIL
A) JOB SUMMARY:
To monitor, maintain and enforce the safety of all the staff and visitor and to provide a visual
1. security presence to ensure that visitors have a safe and pleasant experience when visiting the
company and shipyard.
B) DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To register visitors at the main gate, issuing of passes to site visitors and to give entry to

authorized personnel.
2. To protect company's property against theft, illegal entry and fire.
To make sure all entrances of the building are secured daily, reports to management for any

damage or lost of all company's properties.
4. To make routine patrol company and yard compound and investigate in case of suspicious.
5. To carry out any other tasks and instructed duties assigned by management.

There are no delegated authorities.
D) ACADEMY REQUIREMENT
Nil
E) EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
2. Experienced in policeman/military and have a smart appearance.
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Possess good character and free from any records of serious offenses.
5. Good physical condition with appropriate strength and agility.
6. Ability to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
7. The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet.

POSITION : Office Assistant

REPORT TO : Administrative Executive

SUBORDINATES : NIL
A) JOB SUMMARY:
Assist in all aspect of company related activities such as sending parts from/to supplier,

sending or collecting mail, drawings collection, photocopy documents and etc.
B) DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform errands that assists daily functions: post office, bank, etc
Collecting/Sending spare parts from/to supplier when requested by the purchasing
2.
department.
3. Collecting/Sending drawings from designer, owners, and etc when requested.
Sending/Fetching owner representative or any staff from/to airport from time to time when
4.
requested.
5. Photocopy all the necessaries documents, drawing and etc
6. In-charge of the maintenance of company cars.
7. To perform other duties as specified by the immediate supervisor and management.
C) AUTHORITY
There are no delegated authorities.
D) ACADEMY REQUIREMENT
1. SPM and above.
E) EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum 1 years of general office work or related experience.
2. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
3. Good organizing skills with the ability to time manage and prioritize.
4. Cheerful presence and people skill.
5. Ability to follow directions.
6. Have good sense of direction and places all around Sibu area.
