The sixth sense

,,The Sixth Sense is a 1999 American horror-thriller film written and directed by M.
Night Shyamalan. The film is about the story of Cole Sear (Haley Joel Osment), a troubled,
isolated boy who is able to see and talk to the dead, and an equally troubled child
psychologist (Bruce Willis) who tries to help him.

The sixth sense tell the story of a troubled young boy named Cole Sear(child
psychologist, and their own personal struggles in life. Malcolm is a respected child
psychologist, who failed to help his last patient and therefore is deeply committed to helping
Cole. Cole Sear is the character of a boywho has a paranormal contact with the dead, a sixth
sense He sees dead people all the time and they frighten him. No one has been able to help him
and he doesnt believe anyone can help him, not even Malcolm.

The sixth sense is an excelent movie with many themes, symbols, and underlying
meanings intertwined into the movie. There are different themes and perspectives in the movie.

The use of symbolism is evident throughout the entire film. In my opinion that is the use
of the color red everywhere. In every scene that I can recollect the color red has appeared in
either the background, or in the main part of the screen as someones clothing. When a ghostly
presence is around, red is always there. Red is used to symbolize the presence of a ghostly figure
or perhaps death. The use of red is present everywhere in the movie, Also, the symbolism of cold
throughout the movie definitely portrays the idea death and ghosts as well as does the use of the
color red. Similarly, the light and dark imagery that is used is absolutely significant to the plot as
well as to the underlying themes in the film.

"The Sixth Sense" is a ghost story and a psychological thriller. This is an entracing film,
which immerses in profound character revelation and the paranormal. This isn't just some
supernatural-horror movie, but a nice human story and everobody should watch it.
