Tally receipts at the end of the day. Initiate and return telephone calls to patients with
the doctor’s instructions. Process medical records request from outside entities and
patients and collect the processing fees. Prepare lab specimens for pick-up by Quest and
LabCorp drivers. Contact the appropriate lab for test results or add-ons. Other duties
include filing, copying, prepping charts and making reminder calls for appointments.
