Project Title: Developing in Makeup Cosmetology

A. Project Abstract: (Refer to the detailed information located in the proposal/letter of intent)

My project title is Makeup Cosmetology. It is interesting to me because it is something I want to be when I grow up and go to college for. The
essential question is how do you contour your face? The clarifying questions are what products and brushes would I need to use and how do I use
them? My product will be a video demonstrating how to contour and how to contour with different shaped faces. My product will be taking place
at Lee County High School where I will be presenting It. I will have a friend who I will be doing their makeup. The judges are the audience for my
presentation where i plan to talk to them about why this project means a lot to me and how I plan to start my career in makeup.

D. Project Justification: This is a quality project for me because this is something I am very passionate about into making this a career. I feel this
is appropriate for me because I am going to a college for cosmetology. The skills I will need to focus on for this project is knowing how to contour
different shaped faces, how to match someones skin tone, how to become better. My learning stretch has grown and became better and will
become even more professional when I go to college. This will be a very challenging project because of how much time and effort I need to put
into this project and present it well. What I plan to accomplish in this is to become more open to people because I will have to talk in front of
judges.
E. Product Justification: My background in makeup is ever since I was 8, i had been doing my own makeup. I always also did my friends too and
started doing my own for homecomings instead of a professional. I always got compliments about my makeup and decided this is what I wanted
to do when I got older. Since I have a job right now, I will be using that money to save up and buy all the items that are needed for this project and
I will make a video of me demonstrating how to contour different types of face shapes.
