MINUTES OF MEETING

As part of long term commitment and customer satisfaction, C&S team visited
RRVUNL, CTPP, Chhabra site and discussed following points:

1. M/S C&S Electric Ltd has supplied Switchboard to RRVUNL, CTPP, Chhabra,
Rajasthan through M/s Punj Lloyd Ltd. in 2009-10 P.O no. PFIN/178076 dated
21.08. 2007 for 2*250MW Phase-I RRVUNL Chhabra Thermal Power Project.
Plant Commissioned in 2009-10 and are under operation since September 2010
& Switchboard working satisfactory.

2. M/S C&S Electric Ltd has supplied Switchboard to RRVUNL, CTPP, Chhabra,
Rajasthan through M/s Indure Ltd. in 2012-14 through M/s ABB P.O No.
3191365509 dated 19.04. 2011 for 2*250MW Phase-II RRVUNL Chhabra
Thermal Power Project. Plant Commissioned in 2014 and are under operation
since September 2014 & Switchboard working satisfactory.

3. The Fault rating of the Switchboard is 50KA for 1Sec. Maximum Rating of
Switchboard is 415V, 4000A.

4. C&S team visited the site and physical observed status of Boards and provided
Guidance for maintaining the switchboard.

5. C&S team also recommended One day training session on maintenance of

switchboard to RRVUNL Persons free of cost at CTPP, Chhabra. CTPP
communicate the schedule for the training.
