Description/Requirements
A general term to describe the Architectural Designer of buildings and other physical
structures.
- The art and science of designing buildings.
- The style of design and method of construction of buildings and other physical
structures.
- Knowledge of art, science, technology, and humanity.
- The practice of the architect, where architecture means offering or rendering
professional services in connection with the design and construction of buildings, or
built environments.
- The design activity of the architect.
Responsibilities
The Architectural Designer is expected to operate as part of a team. They are directly
accountable to a Project Team and ultimately accountable to the Practice Area Leader. The
Architectural Designer is required to maintain strong team relationships by working closely
with the Project Team during the design document preparation phase of the project. The
Architectural Designer has to prepare detailed the drawing of Mater plan. The specific
responsibilities of the Architectural Designer include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Check the location of project.
- Prepare the concept of design and sketch.
- Prepare the 2D of Layout plan.
- Drawing of Elevation 4 directions.
- Prepare the section plan.
- Prepare the 3D plan and Elevation.
- Prepare the other document for submission.
