IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Present in an internal corporate meeting with all departments involved in project

the Environmental Philosophy and HSE Plan / Environmental Management
Plan, to ensure all engineering disciplines are fully aware of these very
important environmental documents.

In general terms, it is recommended to establish a protocol between

Engineering and Construction in order to ensure that all remaining open findings
during Engineering Phase in the HSE Action Tracking System will be closed out
during construction phase.

It is advisable to incorporate HSE Action Register for the identification, register

and closed out of HSE requirements in all projects.
