Background: pulmonary tumor has become the most tumor-type across the world.

Pulmonary
tumor is an abnormal growth of pulmonary cell, it can be benign tumor or malignant tumor.
Pulmonary tumor can also origin from primary respiratory tract malignant tumor, more specific
from bronchial that invade other structure and potentially metastases all over the body through
hematologic or lymphatic system. Approximately, 1,59 billion people across the world died from
pulmonary cancer. Cigarette become the most potential factor risk that lead to progressive
growth of pulmonary tumor. CT-Scan become the finest modality to diagnosed and evaluate
pulmonary tumor
Purpose: to identify CT-Scan imaging of pulmonary tumor patients
Method: using retrospective description data from November to December 2015. Data was
collected from thorax CT- Scan request form. Result show 41 pulmonary tumor case inside the
inclusion criteria
Result: 41 case diagnosed as pulmonary tumor according to radiologic finding. Base on gender,
male patient is more dominant, it shows 35 patient (85,4%). Base on age, adult is more
dominant, it shows 30 patients (73,2%). Base on location, most tumor grow in right pulmonary, it
shows 22 case (53,7%). And the most acquired complication is pleural effusion that happened in
13 case (31,7%)
Conclusion: pulmonary tumor is one of the malignant tumor that becomes mortality risk factor.
