AND SPEND HOLIDAYS ALONG WITH WIFE .

Respected Sir/madam,

I, would like to state here that I,SHIVINDER SINGH holder of Indian

Passport is going to visit United Kingdom along with my wife
PARAMJIT KAUR to meet my friend and spend holidays. My visit is
being sponsored by my Friend ( Surinder Singh Nijjer).

I am providing all the relevant documents regarding my

Employment/Income/Savings and personal circumstances here in
India are as under:-

EMPLOYMENT:-
So far as the matter of my employment is concerned I am employed
with JOHAL SPECIALITY HOSPITAL since 22-11-2000 as
TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (LAB INCHARGE) IN BLOOD BAND &
COMPONENT and getting gross salary of INR-20,000/- P/M. I am
enclosing all the evidence of my job with visa application.
PART TIME JOB

I am working part time job with GURU NANAK SURGICALS as

salesman from 03-01-2015 and getting alary of INR-8,000/- P/M by
hard cash in hand P/M. I am enclosing here evidence of my part time
job with my visa application.

WIFES EMPLOYMENT
So far as the matter of my wifes employment is concerned, she is
working as STAFF NURSE since 26-04-2008 with SHAHEED
BABA NIHAL SINGH CHARITABLE HOSPITAL. I am enclosing here
all the evidence of wife employment employment with my visa
application.
INCOME
SELF INCOME FROM JOHAL HOSPITAL
So far as the matter of my salary from Johal hospital ,I am getting
gross Saray of INR-20,000/- P/M and after deduction my netsalary is
INR-18,320/- P/M AND IS CREDITED INTO MY SALARY ACCOUNT.
Please find the enclosed evidences.

PART TIME JOB INCOME

So far as the matter of income from Part time job is concerned, I am
getting INR-8,000/- P/M from my part time job. Please find the
enclosed evidences.

WIFES INCOME FROM SALARY

My Wife is getting gross Salary of Rs 11,140/- P/M and after
deductions net salary is credited in my salary account is INR-9298/-
P/M. I am enclosing evidence of job with visa application.

TOTAL INCOME FROM ALL SOURCES

So Our Total Net Income from all sources after deducting all the
expenditures is INR-39,140.00 P/M approximately .

NUMBER OF MEMBERS SUPPORTED BY THIS INCOME

We are 05 members supported by this income are myself, spouse
father and children and spending INR-18 to19000/- per month on
average basis spend by myself and wife,.

SAVINGS:-
I am providing the detail of my savings and also providing the detail of
large deposits with my visa application.

DETAIL OF LARGE DEPOSITS OF Rs 80,000.00 IN SAVING

ACCOUNT
1.DEPOSIT OF Rs 80,000.00 ON 31-05-2016
The amount deposited in my saving account is the amount gifted by
my father for our UK trip and transferred from his saving account.As
proof fathers bank saving account statement is enclosed.

COST OF VISIT:-
All the expenditures like cost of accommodation, cost of maintenance
will be borne by my sponsor including cost of Return Airfare. We
will carry GBP-250 from our savings. Our financial documents are
enclosed with the visa application for your kind consideration.
PURPOSE OF VISIT
The purpose of my visit to UK is to meet my friend and his family and
to spend holidays with them.
DURATION OF VISIT
Requested 04 WEEKS from 26-06-2016 to 10-07-2016.

FAMILY TRAVEL HISTORY

My father granted visa of UK and return back to India. I am enclosing
here the passport copy of my father along with visa pages..

I would like to request to the Entry clearance Officer to issue me the

family visitor visa so that I can meet my friend and his family and to
spend holidays along with my wife.
I am enclosing all the relevant documents with my visa application.

MY BROTHER AND HIS FAMILY AND TO SPEND HOLIDAYS
ALONG WITH MY MOTHER MOHINDER KAUR

Respected Sir/madam,

I, would like to state here that I, Hardip Singh Virk holder of Indian
Passport is going to visit Canada along with my Son Hardip Singh
Virk to attend THE BIRTHDAY PARTY OF MY NIECE MONICA
KAUR VIRK (daughter of my brother) on 13-08-2016 and to
meet brother and all members of his family for holidays. My visit is
being sponsored by my brother Sarabjit Singh Virk.

Now I am providing all the relevant documents regarding my

Employment/Income/Savings and personal circumstances here in
India are as under:-
EMPLOYMENT:-
So far as the matter of my employment/profession is concerned, I am
agriculturist by profession and also running dairy farmer and my
mother is housewife and my father is expired (death certificate
enclosed). My brother Avtar Singh is also Agriculturist by profession
engaged in this family profession with me.We have 22 Acre 03 Kanal
5 Marla of agriculture land which is on the name of my father late
AMAR DASS. I am enclosing here the land revenue record and crops
sold voucher, pesticides bill and Two Electricity motor copy of Tube
well connection with visa application.
INCOME:-
FAMILY AGRICULTURE INCOME
So far as the matter of Income from Agriculture is concerned, We
have net income of Rs 5,85,000.00 yearly approx after deducting all
the expenditures which occur on cultivating and harvesting the crops
like labour charges, fuel charges for tractor& repairing, fertilizers and
certain other expenditures. As evidence, I am enclosing all the
evidences with my visa application.
DAIRY INCOME
So far as the matter of our income from dairy is concerned, After
deducting all the expenditures like, feed, vaccination and other
expenses on animals and labour charges our NET INCOME is Rs
6,000/- P/M approx.( Rs 72,000/- yearly)approximately.
I, want to clear here that we do not have any proof of sale of milk
as we sell our milk in the village and received money from them
after a month or a long time. And we/they do not provide any
slip/proof of sale of milk.

TOTAL INCOME FROM AGRICULTURE

1. AGRICULTURE INCOME- INR- 5,85,000. 00
2. DAIRY INCOME- INR- 72.000.00
Total Income - INR 6, 57,000.00

So our Total Income from Agriculture and dairy is INR-

6,57,000.00 yearly approx.

SAVINGS:
So far as the matter of Savings is concerned I am enclosing herewith
bank statements and FDR with my visa application.
NUMBER OF MEMBERS SUPPORTED BY THIS INCOME
We are 08 members supported by this income are myself, spouse,
mother, brother, sister-in-law and 03 children and spending INR-
18,000/- per month on average basis spend by myself and brother.
COST OF VISIT
All the expenses like cost of accommodation, cost of maintenance will
be borne by my sponsor. Airfare will be borne jointly by myself and
mother.I am enclosing here the evidence for the same with visa
application.
DURATION OF VISIT
Requested for Two month only from 02-08-2016 to 02-10-2016.
PURPOSE OF VISIT
Our sole reason behind this visit is just to attend ATTEND THE
BIRTHDAY PARTY on 13-08-2016 and to meet my brother and all
members of his family for holidays. My visit is being sponsored by my
brother Sarabjit Singh Virk.
SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
So far as the matter of my personal and financial circumstances
are concerned I would like to clear that my economic as well as social
circumstances are clear like a picture. I am leading a respectful life
here in India. So far as the matter of my return from Canada is
concerned I would like to state that I have my entire social and
economic ties here in my home country. I have my family in India my
roots are in this country. I have no such intention of overstaying in
another country permanently or recourse to public funds nor have my
intention to seek employment over there.
PRAYER
So you are requested to kindly grant us the visitor visa as early as
possible. So we can will ATTEND THE BIRTHDAY PARTY and
spend holidays with Son and all members of his family along with my
mother.
