 Welcome
Thank you for choosing MScontrol, Tek'it Audio professional Mid/Side
control utility. MScontrol offers stereo signal encoding into midside signal,
decodingofmidsidesignalintostereosignaland"onboard"modetoadjust
themid/sidechannelsgain,panningandflipthephasewithouttheneedof
usingtwoplugininstances.

MScontrol comes with MIDI automation support, a preset manager, the

possibilitytoundoyourchanges.

RunningtheInstaller
1. Locate the file called "MScontrol Installer.exe" on Windows, "MScontrol
Installer.pkg"onmacOSanddoubleclickit.

2. Follow the onscreen instructions. You will be asked to choose the

desiredpluginformatsandaninstalllocation.

3. Run your host software and load MScontrol. Consult your host
documentationforinformationonhowtodothis.

Windows: Our uninstaller keep your system clean, all

the files are deleted and there are no entry left in your
Windowsregistry.

 WhatisMid/Side?
Mid/Side work by decoding a stereo (Left and Right) signal into two
components (Mid and Side).The Mid channel get together the information
in both the left and right channels, and the Side channel get together the
informationthatvariesbetweentheleftandrightchannels.

MScontrolcanbeonlyusedonastereotrackasaninserteffect.

While using MScontrol, you will find that many parameters have similar
controls.

PopupMenu
Appears on a left click on a text or an icon to select a
value.

Switch
Atwopositionswitch,clickonittochangetheposition.

Knob
ToTurn a knob, click it and when drag upwards to move
the knob to the right, drag downwards to move the knob
to the left. For hight precision control use Ctrl+Mouse.
Doubleclickonit,resetittotheinitialvalueofthepreset.

Fader
Tomoveafader,clickitandwhendragtotherightorto
the left. Or use your mouse scroll wheel. For hight
precisioncontroluseCtrl+Mouse.Doubleclickonit,reset
ittotheinitialvalueofthepreset

SavePreset
Savethecurrentpresetinafile.

SaveBank
Savethebankofpresetsinafile.

LoadPreset
Loadapresetonthecurrentpreset.

LoadBank
Loadabankofpresets.

PresetChange
Change the current preset, left to previous and right to next.
AlternativelyyoucanalsousetheMouseWheel.

CurrentPresetName
Display the number and name of the current preset. Rightclick
onittorenamethepreset.PressEntertovalidate.

Display a popup menu with all the presets in the current bank.
Clickononetoselectitasthecurrentpreset.

Save
Savealltheparametersstatetothecurrentpreset.

UndoAll
Undo all changes and restore the current preset to his initial
state.

Bypassalltheinternalprocessing.Thesoundoutisthesameasthesound

Themidandsidechannelsfeaturesthesamecontrols.

Gain
Changethegainofthechannelfromto12dB.

Pan
Adjust the stereo panning of the signal from left to right. This control is
deactivatedinEncodemode.

Mute
Mutethechannelwhentheswitchisonred.

FlipPhase
Invertthephaseofthesoundbeforetheamplificationstage.

PeakMeters
MScontrol comes with a peak meter for each channels. The meters are
calibratedtousetheDigitalscale.
