behalf of a Company/Firm), agrees to his/her personal data being processed for the above-
mentioned purposes.

The undersigned also declares that:

A) He/she has a copy of the Eni Group Code of Ethics (hereinafter the Code) approved by the Eni SpA Board of
Directors on March 14th, 2008;

B) He/she has reviewed, also in the name of the Senior Management of the Company/Firm
he/she represents, the contents of the Code, most notably Section II.4 Relations with
customers and suppliers thereof;

C) He/she undertakes, also in the name of his/her own employees and officers, to strictly
comply with the principles stated in the Code in all contractual relationships, present
and/or future, between the Company/Firm he/she represents and Eni North Africa BV.

Relevant documentary evidence will be submitted upon request.
