Establishing a history to be proud of and a future to believe in
Executive Summary
SaudiCon is a state-of-the-art network and business forum that aims to cultivate, supplement, and
connect fresh Saudi international graduates and degree seeking students from American
universities with economic entrepreneurs. An American research expert from Florida, USA Bilal
Mustafa, coined the name SaudiCon, which translates to Saudi-Connect.
Saudi-Connect is designed to support the kingdoms trajectory of its Vision 2030. SaudiCons
Mission is to connect economic entrepreneurs to further optimize the Kingdoms development of
industrial, educational, and universal growth experiences. We deliver on our mission by striving
to create an environment that is accessible to the Saudi work force. SaudiCons endeavor is at the
forefront when it comes to its networking methods and modern educational environments. We
create, develop, and promote individuals where others wont, so tomorrow they can do what
others can.

To achieve the ambitious goals of the Kingdoms Vision 2030, invigorating job growth by
connecting Saudi professionals and entrepreneurs with fresh international alumnis
To deliver linked-in style workshops and seminars, and TED style presentations that would
exclusively support and ensure a successful delivery of the Kingdoms economic and fiscal
Vision of Saudization and the advancement of women participation.
To establish sustained networking forums that would provide mediums for professional
collaboration to international Saudi alumnis from American institutions.

collaboration to local degree seeking students and fresh graduates from local institutions
To pioneer the Visions initiatives for qualitative participation through our operative
networking pool of international Saudi men and women alumnus.
To support leading Saudi professionals and entrepreneurs that are seeking distinct and

Looking forward, the number of women employed in Saudi Arabia has increased by 48% since
2010, according to the country's Central Department of Statistics and Information and
highlighted by Bloomberg.
In spite of Saudi Arabia achieving a near perfect equality score of 0.9 (out of 1) for educational
achievement by both sexes, it fell to 0.27 for labor force participation, according to the World
Economic Forums Gender Gap Index for 2015.

Saudi Entrepreneur Network
Nearly 60,000 Saudis enrolled in American Universities, and Saudis are the 4th largest group of
foreign students in the United States behind students from China, India, and South Korea.

In 2014 12,500 Saudis graduated from American Universities. 5,669 were women.
Among the graduates, 5,117 received bachelor degrees and 5,062 received masters degrees.
In 2015, statistics show that there were 125,513 male and female Saudi students on scholarships.
