E-MORTGAGE
It is Indias first and most innovative IT platform in Indian Mortgage Industry
(branded as e-Home Loans) where entire mortgage operations is automated. It
includes online form filling by customer and auto allocation of leads to sales
team on pre-defined round robin basis in Lead Management System where
users can validate application and docs and communicate to customers. It is
also integrated with FinnnOne which get auto populated data once a case is
vetted by sales team and is ready for underwriting. It also includes verification
of customer documents through Aadhaar based e-sign process which is UIDAI
approved. E-KYC via IRIS for quick capturing of leads data while account
opening using Aadhaar no. Also linked with UPI for quick transactions.

SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATION (Facebook and Chat Bot Platforms)

Integration of E-Mortgage with facebook and Chat bot to tap highly
mobile/connected audience. Prepare the fb UI designing and list out the
services to be provided on Indiabulls fb page from Login till disbursal services.
Users also get fb notifications regarding status and reminders. Indiabulls Chat
bot integration with E-Mortgage allows users to fill application form and
generate lead from within their Facebook Messenger conversations.

INCENTIVE PAYOUT SYSTEM

Its a method or logic driven system for employees and agencies so that time
of calculation of incentive can be downsized from 27 days to 3 days. It used by
Operations, Sales and Finance department for calculation of incentives for
3000 sales users.
Integrated with three other systems FinnOne, SAP and RnR for exchange of
data while maintaining integrity.

SALESTRAK Lead Management system

Helped in re-modeling of legacy system to improve the efficiency and
productivity of Sales Department thus tapping customers to serve them in a
better way. Integrated with online Home Loam portal to get customers
application form, KYC and other documents. Users can check details and KYC
documents uploaded by customers and can directly send SMS to customers
regarding status of each doc or to raise query.

DSA/BA RECRUITMENT SYSTEM

A dedicated recruitment and risk management system for managing new and
DSAs/BAs. Users of this application are from Operation, Risk and Sales
department, who enter and scrutinize the applications and maintains the
 transparency regarding status of candidature. DSA/BA can also submit
application form and upload KYC doc with and without e-sign.

CUSTOMER REQUEST MANAGEMENT & APPROVAL SYSTEM

System for managing customers service request at different branches and
approving the requests by credit users before further process. This system is
used by operations/credit users of branches and Head Office for exchange of
documents and to resolve SRs.

Rewards & Recognition Mobile App

This project involves UI/UX design and development of IBLeaugue mobile
application for DSA/BA. It also involves identification of RESTful web APIs to be
consumed in mobile app so that web version can be replicated.
