Please note that, due to an administrative error, students in African 335: First Semester
Zulu (Fall 2016) were asked to fill out teaching evaluations for both me and the
teaching assistant, even though I served as course supervisor and had no contact with
the students. The attached evaluations thus refer to both me and Nandipa Sipengane,
but should be read as referring only to her.

This course was very fun! My TA Nandi is very helpful and excited to teach & learn with us about Zulu!
Nandi is a great teacher and tackles teaching from multiple angles ensuring students are engaged and learning. One of the most enjoyable classes
I've take at UW.
A really wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable instructor. Great at facilitating discussion and prompting students when they were struggling without
just handing them the answers.
