All right ..What will we do today ? ...Today I will talk about organization and
especially about the role of the comunication in an oraganization.

In the first part of my presentation we will see what is an organization and how to
perform a organizational comunication, then I will present you the four
communication flows in an organization and at the end principles that work.

Well, let,s start...

The organization represents : a group of rather large size with rules, the goals and
objectives,of the official with a structure of statues and roles and a sset of rules
designed to promote objectives.

In an organization, communication is special because the aim is the message


exchange between persons and groups in order to achieve both the personal goals
and objectives of the organization.

This may be: internal and external

Internal: formal and informal and can be: ascending (employee-chief) descending (
chief- employee) or horizontal position ( employee-employee)

Robert MCPhee considers that: an organization exists due to the comunication

By communication, people creates the reality of the organization.

In an organization there are some dynamic fields of messages that form the four
communication feeds :
1 The negotiation of the status of new member ( shall be determined who becomes
a member in the organization)

2.Auto-Fundation ( it sets out the roles of the individuals in the organization )

3. Coordination of the work ( are submitted the goals of the organization and
propose the flexibility of the members and team work for the mission of the
organization.)

4.Institutional Positioning ( the organization communicate with other entites from


outside , keeping connections and partnerships )

The four streams are separated, but works together ( organization needs all of
them)

The four flows shall be presited over by the four principles after organization
functions :

1. In an organization it takes all 4 flows.


2. The 4 flows are often separated in time and space.
3. The same message may send to different flows of communication.
4. The flows may be addressed several adudience

I present you above what is an organization, how it realize communication in this,


the 4 comunication flows and 4 principles after which organization works.
