1.0 INTRODUCTION TO THE TOPIC

This Research Project is done on A Study of MBA DEPARTMENT STUDENTS
SATISFACTION REGARDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE of BSACET. In this
research, library holds a rich and diverse range of materials in Humanities and social
discipline. The library has been established to facilitate, promote and support research
to fellows of the institute.
It is one of the leading research and reference library in humanities and science in
the country. The social science collections, in fact, are worldwide in coverage and
significance. It has grown in to one of the most prestigious and well-equipped
resources in humanities and social sciences.

2.0 OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

To find out the satisfaction level of MBA Department students regarding the
infrastructure of BSACET.

6.0 FINDINGS
After analyzing & interpreting the data received from the respondents following findings
have been drawn.
1. About library 23.% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by 60% are
agreed and 17% somewhat agreed.

2. About Play Ground Facility 7% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by
20% agreed, 47% somewhat agreed, 13% disagreed and 13% strongly disagreed.

3. In case of Canteen facility 13% of respondents are strongly agreed followed by 54%
are agreed , 30% somewhat agreed and 3% disagreed.

4. About Hygienist and Cleanliness 13% of the respondents are strongly agreed
followed by 30% agreed and somewhat agreed 33%.

5. About the A.C. Facility 14% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by 30%
agreed, somewhat agreed 23% and disagreed 13%.

6. About Smart Class Facility 7% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by
50% agreed, somewhat agreed 33% and disagreed 7%.

7. About R.O. water Facility 0% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by 13%
agreed, somewhat agreed 37%,disagreed 7% and strongly disagreed are 43%.

8. About Fully Wi-Fi Campus 17% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by
10% agreed, somewhat agreed 20%, strongly disagreed 20% and disagreed 33%.

9. About 24*7 Electricity Facility 34% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by
40%agreed, somewhat agreed 23%, disagreed 0% and strongly disagreed 3%.

10. About Anti-Ragging Campus 54% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed
by 23% agreed, somewhat agreed 10%, disagreed 3% and strongly disagreed 10%.

11. About Quality of Furniture 3% of the respondents are strongly agreed followed by
34% agreed, somewhat agreed 47%, disagreed 13% and strongly disagreed 3%.

students of MBA Department is satisfied with the infrastructure of BSACET.
