Greg Casa was a 19 years old biology student of the University of District of

Columbia.On the night of that day, campus police doubt that the plaintiff has stored
some drugs and tried to search his dormitory according to the rules and regulations of
the university.After saying that they are police, they went inside the plaintiffs
bedroom and started searching and find a lot of drugs which the plaintiff did not have
a lawful prescription.According the testimony of his roommate Corny,the plaintiff
also sell the drugs to other students.
Greg Casa brought a suit againt the campus police claiming that they have
violated his Fourth Amendment right to be free from an unreasonable search.
