Teachers are entitled to these types of compensations as well. In this case, I will consider

the case of Lexington School District in the United States. I will consider having a look at how

the school caters for the employees who are working for it (Nyberg, Pieper and Trevor, 2016). I

will have a look at the pay scale that is entitled to the administration, leaders and teachers. Apart

from the pay scale, I will have a look at the health benefits, time spent at work, bonus,

retirements, contracts and finally we have the holidays or the work offs.
