Overview
Using the newly discovered principles of Vibrational Medicine, the Homeopathic Imprinter is natural, safe,
and non-invasive. It causes no pain or discomfort. By combining with the basic principles of Homeopathy, the
imprinter records the vibrational signature of the body, including the various harmful pathogens, amplifies
these vibrations many times over, and using a type of bio-feedback to the body, stimulates the body to
return to balance. Much of this new exciting technology of Energy Medicine originated in Europe, where they
discovered how resonance homeopathy can harmonize the entire being. The belief is that the amplified
resonance attacks pathogens immediately. You can think of it somewhat like the way an opera singer
shatters glass by hitting a high enough note. Parasites, bacteria, viruses, and other organisms are damaged,
killed, or unable to propagate when they encounter the frequencies generated.
It contains only the vibrational pattern created by an instrument not the molecular structure imprinted on a
carrier medium by the substance. To prepare a remedy one must begin with a witness of the remedy. This
can be a physical sample of the substance, but is usually a numeric rate, a geometric pattern, the written
name of the remedy or a photograph of the substance, unaltered or broken down to a spectral image
(Spectro-Vibratory Imaging).11
The circuit or the radionic instrument is then tuned to the sample or witness representing the substance to
be simulated and the potency desired. The function of the instrument is to amplify and concentrate the
vibration in a specified area, usually a well or other receptacle, in which a receiving medium can be placed.
The mediums best suited to receive these vibrations and retain them for later oral administration are milk,
sugar, water and alcohol. After a brief period of time the carrying medium may be removed from the
instrument and administered according to the laws of classical homeopathy as discussed above.
In general, however, most radionic practitioners ignore these laws and rely on the radionic instrument to aid
them in the selection of the appropriate remedy for a particular client. This is done by using a witness to
represent the client.
Using this sample, the radionic circuit is tuned to the vibratory pattern of the client. This vibration is then
compared to the vibratory patterns of the various homeopathic remedies. When the two vibrations match,
detected by the radionic operators nervous system and indicated by the radionic instrument, this is said to be
the appropriate remedy for that person at that time. This remedy may or may not be the simillimum as
defined by the tenets of homeopathy. If the above method is used to aid the practitioner in selecting a
remedy it can be very helpful, however, it is not the practice of homeopathy. This is the administration of
vibrational remedies following a completely different set of rules. The difficulty in prescribing remedies by
the radionic method arises when one tries to predict the outcome or respond appropriately to the clients
reactions to the remedy given.
Classical homeopathy has very definite parameters for the interpretation of reactions and the anticipated
outcome from the administration of the simillimum. A clear understanding of the bodys response to
vibrational or homeopathic medicines is necessary to successfully cure patients by these methods.
There is still controversy about whether the vibrational remedies prepared radionically or those prepared by
a homeopathic pharmacy have similar action in the body.
It should be obvious that remedies prepared according to the U.S.Pharmacopeia in potencies below the 24th
may have a chemical reaction in the body as well as a vibrational action. The radionically prepared remedy
can not have a chemical action because of the lack of physical substance. Only the vibrational essence of the
remedy is transferred to the tablets or liquid by the radionic instrument. The true significance of this
difference has yet to be defined in clinical practice.
The use of homeopathic remedies whether prepared in a pharmacy or by radionic instrumentation is the
choice of the individual practitioner. Whichever method is selected, the practitioner must still rely on the
classical concepts of Hahnemann, Kent or other homeopaths to interpret the action of the potency
administered to the patient. In order to understand the changes brought about by the administration of a
vibrational remedy, a firm grasp of the principles of homeopathic action of remedies and acute observation
and interview skills are necessary.

been on the market for 14 years. Thousands have been sold during that
time and now we offer you the Next Generation Q1000 (Q1000ng). It has
a combination of attributes not found anywhere else. Many other
competitors have tried to copy it but only the Q1000 has the patented Soliton
Technology incorporated into each and every Q1000.
"By combining two or more laser diodes which are regulated by microprocessors,
I have been able to produce controlled solitons, which are then delivered by low level lasers.
The nature of the solition wave in my Q-Laser series enables the energy to penetrate deeply
into the body without changing or losing its waveform or the information it carries."

SCENAR Therapy
We know that the human skin and the inner organs have a tight connection
through the nerve system. This connection already exists from the early stage of
embryogenesis onwards, because both the nerve system and the skin are created
from the same leaf of the young embryo, the ectoderm. The nerve branches, in their
turn, are connected to every inner organ.
It is known that because of these connections, the nerve system plays an
important role in the regulation of the activities and states of the inner organs.
Thanks to the reasons as mentioned above, it is possible to regulate the state of the
inner organs through the skin. The SCENAR devices are used to affect the skin on
those places that will lead to the specific regulation of inner organs, for example to
treat diseases.
It is necessary to point out that the regulation of the inner organs through the skin
is only one important effect of the treatment process. There are more aspects, and
one of them is humeral regulation. During its appliance on the skin, SCENAR is
affecting the C-fibres of the nervous system. As a result, the channels of the C-fibres
are easily opened and a huge amount of neuropeptides, like endorphins, are excreted
from these fibres. These neuropeptides are spread all over the body in a quick way.
And we know that neuropeptides are the natural medicine for all pathological
processes in the human body.
Yet another important effect of SCENAR therapy is the successful training of the
adaptive reactions (Garkawi, Kwakina). Adaptive reactions are unique, non-specific
reactions of the body or any kind of stimuli that could affect health. When the
adaptive reactions are well trained, the body can heal itself and prevent the
development of a wide variety of diseases.
When operating, SCENAR works through the principle of biofeedback. The system
is measuring the activities of the various skin areas. Thanks to this, we can find the
right places for treatment and define the specific treatment parameters..
Today the users of the SCENAR in Russia are medical doctors and medical
personnel with more then 30 specialities, including neurology, therapeutics, surgery
of different specializations, traumatology, gynaecology, obstetrics, oto-rhino-
laryngology, odontology, sport medicine, physiotherapy, resuscitation and others. The
device was designed to be used by housewives, engineers, office clerks, and other
specialists without medical background, and also on ferries, on liners, in aeroplanes,
in cars, etc.
F. A. Q.
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE ?
As the device moves over the surface of the skin a comfortable tingling sensation is felt. In cases of
severe pain or acute conditions the sensations may be stronger..
Patients having SCENAR treatment need to take responsibility for their health and are advised to
actively participate in the treatment and recovery process. The chemical compounds released by the
nerves affect not only the problem areas, but also circulate in the blood, treating other areas of the
body. This goes some way to explain how old and often forgotten problems are brought to the surface
for treatment.
In order to create a continuous flow of circulating regulative peptides, SCENAR action must be
given quite often. For any fresh injury or any acute inflammatory process, treatment needs to be
intensive; ideally once or even twice daily. For chronic conditions treatments are ideally given several
times a week initially, reducing as things improve.
If you are receiving treatment from your doctor it makes sense to inform him or her about SCENAR
therapy. Treatment may enable you to reduce or even stop taking some medication - under the
supervision of your doctor of course.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ?
In treating chronic conditions, occasionally a healing crisis may occur (experienced as a complete
lack of energy and malaise) due to the body getting rid of toxic energy too rapidly. There are
techniques that can be used with SCENAR to manage this. Exceptional results are achieved when
treating sportsmen and women with immediate injuries and especially if treatment is done as soon as
possible after the injury. Do not shower or bath for two hours before and after SCENAR
Therapy, as the optimal effectiveness of the treatment will be disturbed by the washing of
the skin.
IS IT SAFE ?
As the SCENAR impulse is similar to endogenous nerve impulses, it is non-damaging and safe.
Only people with cardiac pacemakers cannot be treated.
HOW MUCH DOES IT DIFFER FROM OTHER THERAPIES ?
Only the SCENAR combines energy measuring functions along with real-time feedback and
constant adjustment, to deliver the correct type and amount of energy to the body. This means each
impulse is different from the previous one, so the body is unable to adapt to the signal. The SCENAR
impulse is high amplitude, so it stimulates C-fibres which make up about 85% of the nerves in the body.
This explains the rapid effectiveness of SCENAR treatment on the whole body. Please call our office to
schedule for your scenar therapy session.
In January 2003, my daughter Amy was 10 years old and experiencing general health problems. She was
fatigued, had mood swings and had shooting pains in her legs. She had previously enjoyed excellent health
therefore we were concerned and began seeking treatment. Our Chiropractor recommended we get some x
rays of her spine as he thought she was developing scoliosis.
In January of 2003 she had her first x-ray. This showed a 10-degree curvature in her spine. We were told to
wait for 12 weeks and re x -ray. No treatments helped her pain/discomfort. Massage gave her some
temporary relief. After 12 weeks her x rays showed her curvature was now 20 degrees. Such rapid decline is
unusual and extremely serious. She was referred to an orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation. She was
immediately put into a full body brace; she was required to wear the brace for 20 hours a day. Amy was told
to stop all impact sports and had to cheer from the sideline in her netball. In the hours Amy was not in the
brace she swam for one hour, chiropractic appointments 3 afternoons and we home treated with Tens
machine 3 afternoons a week to supplement the bracing therapy and manipulations. Amy also had regular
Clinical Pilate's sessions with a Physiotherapist. She was eating an organic wheat free diet because there is
anecdotal evidence that scoliosis is sometimes related to poor nutrient absorption. In April 2003 Chris
Mortensen commenced coming to our home to give Amy a RITM SCENAR treatment before she went to
sleep.
By July she was x- rayed again and her scoliosis was now 28 degrees. She was given a diagnostic MRI that
showed no underlying pathology causing the curve (No Cancerous tumours pushing out her spine/ no Chiari
Malformation). At this time Amy lost her reflexes in her knees and she was scheduled for an urgent clinic
appointment with The West Mead Children's Hospital Neuro Muscular Department.
At about this time we had decided to cancel our long planned ski holiday Amy's favourite sport of all. Our
Specialist advised us ... " Perhaps you should still go as planned - let her ski if she feels she can do it in the
brace this may be the last year she will be able to...let her enjoy as much of her life as she can her
muscles are degenerating and there is nothing we can do to stop that she may be wheel chair bound by
next year. " There was talk of operations to implant a steel rod to support her spine...
At West Mead, neurologists examined Amy and preliminary tests were done. She could not be diagnosed
with any known disorder without a muscle biopsy being taken of her spine. The biopsy would require a
section of her spinal muscle to be removed in order to establish an accurate diagnosis. However even with an
accurate diagnosis they could offer her no treatment.
At this time, Chris Mortensen asked if he could commence RITM SCENAR treatment with Amy as he felt he
could give her a more targeted treatment and hopefully not only relieve her pain but also perhaps restore
function to her spinal muscles.
Over the next 8 weeks Chris treated Amy and by August we began to see some improvement in her posture.
She was increasingly more energized, happier and her sleep improved.
Towards the end of August, Amy also experienced some alarming spasms in her kneecaps. It looked as
though they would jump right off her knee. I didn't know what to think. At her next Hospital Clinic
appointment the Neuro Conductor tests showed Amy now had NORMAL reflexes in her knees and
connectivity in her spinal muscles.
In early September 2003, just a few days before Amy turned 11, she had a problem with the brace. One of
the buckles broke. I took it back to be fixed and within 2 days it broke again. I asked the technician what
could be the reason the buckle kept breaking and he was not sure as he thought the only explanation would
be that her spine was different from when the cast was done and that perhaps we should ascertain if she
needed a new brace (at $4,000 and a big ordeal for Amy each time - I was not happy about that!) Plus I was
worried it meant her spine had collapsed further and that Surgery would again be spoken of as the only
course of treatment for her. A new x-ray was ordered. I also asked Amy if she had experienced any changes
she could feel. It was at this time she told me she had also had the spasms in her Spine a few days before and
that she was feeling OK even when the brace was off. I left it a few days before collecting the brace and Amy
still seemed to feel OK without the brace (Previously she would ask to have it back on within 3 hours of
having it removed - the brace kept her internal organs safe and also she felt very tired when she didn't have it
on.)
We contacted Chris and he suggested we get her x-rayed again. We obtained a referral and she had her first
x-rays that showed a completely straight spine. The orthopaedic surgeon was concerned that the result was
because of a residual effect from the brace and asked us to repeat her x-ray 2 days later. By the time Amy's
last x rays were done she had not been in the brace for nearly a week. The second set confirmed the result.
Her spine was straight!!! No more brace!
Since then Amy has had some growing pains and each time she has had a RITM SCENAR treatment. There
have been no further Spinal problems and she is now an adult and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys
skiing, netball, swimming, dancing and school. She once again enjoys excellent health.
In December 2008, Amy was awarded her Canadian Level One Ski Instructors certification in British Columbia,
Canada. Over 2009 and 2010, Amy coached a junior netball team and in early 2010, Amy was also awarded
her Level One Ski Instructors certification for adaptive snow sports. This enables her to teach physically and
cognitively challenged individuals to ski and snowboard!
As of November 2010, Amy has successfully completed her Higher School Certificate in Sydney, Australia.

Amy before SCENAR Treatments Amy after SCENAR Treatments
Kidney Reflux happens when the muscle-valves in the ureters aren't developed and functioning: urine is
ejected back up, putting pressure on the kidneys and providing an opening for bacteria to travel further up
into the body. it was hard to believe as Willa was such a healthy child otherwise, but we had been warned
that it Kidney reflux was a 'silent' condition which could lead to scarring of the kidneys, high blood pressure,
poor growth, and eventually kidney failure.
This condition is classified on a scale of Grade I to Grade V (V being the severest) and Willa was graded as III
on one side and IV on her other kidney. We were advised that although the valves of grades I and II often
mature by school age, there was only a small possibility of grade III maturing and very little chance for grade
IV, with no chance for grade V.
Our specialist at the Sydney Children's Hospital, was already talking about surgery although willing to wait a
year before re testing to see if there was any change and insisted she be on long-term anti-biotics in that
time (we in fact, took her off the anti-biotics after 6 months...but that's another story!)
One year later we were advised after numerous and some very invasive tests, that Willa was now graded IV
on both sides and that her valves were in fact so short and under-developed that the chances of them
maturing properly to a fully operational size was almost zero. This news was devastating. The specialist
wanted to operate before she turned 4 years of age.
We were adamant that nature should be given a chance and didn't want to rush into an operation. Because
Willa was not suffering from any urinary tract infections, we didn't feel that we were doing the wrong thing
by her. We sought a second opinion and found a specialist who agreed to wait until she was 8 years old to
see if the valves had matured by then.
By this time, (March 2004) Willa, now 3 1/2 years old, was very wary of doctors and hospitals. Fortunately a
friend recommended RITM SCENAR treatment with Chris Mortensen. We had never heard of RITM
SCENAR before, but there was nothing to lose, and so we came on a weekly basis for 30-minute treatments
over the course of a few months. It was non-invasive and Willa did seem to rather enjoy this half hour and
was always very relaxed during and after each session.
It was hard to gauge if anything was actually happening with the RITM SCENAR treatment with Kidney Reflux
being a silent problem and Willa otherwise seeming like a healthy child. I made the decision to purchase a
RITM SCENAR personal device and continued using it at home as instructed by Chris, a few times a week
over the next few years.
In July 2008 we found ourselves once more at The Royal Children's Hospital in Sydney with our daughter,
though this time for an entirely different problem. Willa's 15-year-old cousin in Austria had just had a major
operation for Scoliosis (4 lower vertebrae were bolted together by a metal rod). Her spine had twisted to a
60-degree angle over the course of a few years and worryingly had not been picked up until she was around
11 years of age. Our relatives had recently been informed that it was a hereditary condition and so it would
be wise to check all cousins for any signs. Our eldest daughter was cleared but unfortunately, Willa's spine
displayed a 7-degree curvature.
The specialist said that technically, it wasn't scoliosis until it reached a 10-degree angle and that with Willa
only being seven; we should 'wait and see'. If it continued to worsen, he would 'brace' her spine with a
custom made corset, and if this failed and it worsened further like that of her cousin, then surgery was the
only option. We were well informed by our relatives of the condition and were lucky to have had the
advantage of an early diagnosis, but why wait for it to get worse before taking any action? There was no way
we were going to sit back and wait, knowing as we did that once the spine started growing out of alignment,
it would likely continue on this path, especially with a seven year old that had a lot of growing to do.
I had come across an article on the Internet about the success of RITM SCENAR with a scoliosis patient
(ironically, it was with Chris Mortensen) and immediately took Willa to see him again. Chris worked out a plan
of specific treatments, Willa came once a week for 30-minute sessions and I followed this up with 3-4
treatments with our RITM SCENAR personal device each week at home.
We also found a Paediatric Physiotherapist who developed a series of (home) exercises and together with the
RITM SCENAR treatment, we continued on our own path. The exercises were planned to stretch the tight
muscles on one side of her back, and strengthen the weak muscles on the other side and I'm sure that the
RITM SCENAR was doing exactly the same thing in its own way. In fact, we could see that her spine was
improving during this time and in March 2009 the physio announced her spine was indeed straight!
Now in April 2009, the time had come for Willa to go for an ultrasound as she was turning eight and we
needed to have the Kidney Reflux situation reassessed. The ultrasound was the very first test she had in
2003; it clearly showed the effects of the reflux with distension and dilation of the ureters reported and it
was the start of many further and more invasive tests.
This time, however, miraculously, everything appeared normal, the kidneys were normal and the ureters
were normal, there was no dilation or distension to report, the kidneys were normal size for age. There was
no sign of Kidney Reflux. Both valves from the ureters must have developed and matured in this time to a
normal working order.
So the two potential operations looming over the horizon for the last 5 1/2 years for our little girl are no
more, and as her parents, we are truly relieved!
I really do believe the RITM SCENAR Therapy helped Willa's body to 'help itself' in both of these medical
situations, in stimulating the growth and the maturing of the ureter valves and in the realignment of the
spine. Words cannot express our thanks to you Chris, for introducing us to RITM SCENAR.
