JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF
PETITIONER JUN KAZAMA

I, Jun Kazama, of legal age, married, and living at 88 th Street, William Drive, Taytay, Rizal,
petitioner in this case, state under oath as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is Atty. Jaafar I. Amerol with address at 90 th Street, Phoenix Boulevard,
Taytay, Rizal. The examination is being held at the same address. I am answering his questions
fully conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony and
perjury.

PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony of petitioner Jun Kazama is being offered to prove that the
respondent Kazuya Mishima contracted marriage twice, Nina Williams on March 13, 2018, and
later with the petitioner Jun Kazama on August 18, 2022 while the respondents previous
marriage with Nina Williams was still valid and has not yet legally dissolved. Petitioner will also
prove that prior to her marriage with the respondent she was previously married to Marshal Law
on September 8, 2016, which marriage was still valid and subsisting at the time she contracted
marriage with the respondent. The petitioners testimony is also offered to prove the legal basis
for the declaration of nullity of the petitioners marriage with the respondent, the same being
bigamous.

1. Q. Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the record.
A. Jun Kazama.

2. Q. Are you the same Jun Kazama, the petitioner in this case?
A. Yes sir.

3. Q. Do you know a certain Kazuya Mishima?

A. Yes sir. He was the man I married on August 18, 2022.

4. Q. How did you meet him?

A. Through The Tekken Tournament.

5. Q. Are you still living with Kazuya Mishima?

A. We have separated since April 20, 2023.

6. Q. Do you have of proof your marriage with Kazuya Mishima?

A. Yes sir, I have a marriage contract (Exhibit A).
7. Q. Do you have children with Kazuya Mishima?
A. We have one (1) child namely, Jin Kazama, now 7 months old.

8. Q. What is the reason for your separation?

A. The respondents infidelity of and lack of sense responsibility. He was jobless, a
drug addict and did not care to provide the needs of our family. He was dependent on me.

9. Q. How about a certain Nina Williams, do you know her?

A. Yes sir, he was the woman Kazuya Mishima previously married on March 18,
2018.

10. Q. Do you have proof of marriage between Kazuya Mishima and Nina Williams?

A. Yes sir, I have a marriage contract (Exhibit B).

11. Q. What was the status of the marriage between Kazuya Mishima and Nina Williams
when Kazuya Mishima got married to you?

A. His marriage with Nina Williams was still valid and has not yet been legally
dissolved when he married me.

12. Q. Aside from marriage contracts, do you have other documents to prove that
Kazuya Mishima married Nina Williams and yourself?

A. Yes sir, I have a Certification (Exhibit C) from the National Statistics Office
(NSO) showing Kazuya Mishimas record of having two marriages, to Nina Williams and myself.

13. Q. How about you, do you have previous marriage when you married when you
married Kazuya Mishima?

A. Yes sir, I was previously married to Marshal Law on September 8, 2016.

14. Q. Do you have proof of your previous marriage with Marshal Law?

A. Yes sir, I have a marriage contract (Exhibit D).

15. Q. Do you have other proof that you are in fact married to Marshal Law and to
Kazuya Mishima?

A. Yes sir, the NSO Certification (Exhibit E).

16. Q. What was the status of your marriage with Marshal Law when you married
Kazuya Mishima?

A. Marshal Law was still alive and my marriage with his was still valid and has not
yet been legally dissolved when I married Kazuya Mishima.

17. Q. You are saying that both of you and the respondent have previous marriage at
the time you marry each other?

A. Yes sir.

18. Q. Do you have pre-nuptial agreement with the respondent regarding your
properties?

A. None Sir.

19. Q. Do you have common properties with the respondent?

A. None sir.

20. Q. Do you and the respondent have common creditors?

A. None sir.

COUNTER JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

Q1 : Please state your name, address and other personal

circumstances.

A1 : I am Kazuya Mishima of legal age, single, Filipino, and

presently residing at Tibanga, Iligan City.

Q2 : Do you know the plaintiff in this case?

A2 : Yes. I personally know the plaintiff JUN KAZAMA.

Q3 : How are you related to JUN KAZAMA?

A3 : She is my wife sir.

Q4 : When and where the both of you got married?

A4 : We got married on August 20, 2022.

Q5 : Do you have proof of that marriage?

A5 : Yes Sir. I have the marriage contract. Attached herewith is the

original copy of the marriage contract and marked as Annex A
hereof.

Q6 : Why are you executing this Judicial Affidavit?

A6 : I am executing this Judicial Affidavit in order to prove to you that
I was not married with Nina Williams as per alleged in the
Judicial Affidavit of my wife, JUN KAZAMA.

Q7 : Have you read the Judicial Affidavit of JUN KAZAMA?

A7 : Yes Sir.

Q8 : Do you know the person of Nina Williams?

A8 : Yes Sir. She was my girlfriend before I met the plaintiff JUN
KAZAMA.

Q9 : According to the Judicial Affidavit of JUN KAZAMA, aside from

the marriage contract you executed with Nina William, JUN
KAZAMA likewise attached a certification from National
Statistics Office that you married Nina Williams on March 13
2018, what say you on this matter?

A9 : All the allegations and evidences contained in the said Judicial

Affidavit particularly concerning the alleged marriage between
me and Nina Williams are all pure false and fabricated matters.

Q10 : Do you mean to say that it is not true that you married Nina
Williams.

A10 : Yes Sir. In fact, I am attaching the affidavit of Nina Williams and
the alleged witnesses of the said marriage, as well as
affidavits of disinterested persons as proof that the marriage
contract was fabricated and there was really no celebration of
marriage that happened. Attached herewith are the following;
the affidavit of Nina Williams marked as Annex B; the
affidavits of certain Lee Mulan and Paul Phoenix marked as
Annex C and Annex D respectively; and finally the affidavits
of two disinterested persons, a certain Xiou Yu and King King
marked as Annex E and Annex F respectively;

Q11 : Does this mean to say that the certification of NSO was also
fake.

A11 : Yes Sir. I am attaching as well the affidavit of the head of the
NSO and the keeper of the records as proof of such fact that
the certificate was fake who both agreed to stand as witness if
an order of the court is given requiring them to. Attached hereto
are the affidavits marked as Annex G and Annex H
respectively.

Q12 : What do you think is the reason she filed a Judicial Affidavit for
the purpose of annulling the marriage?
A12 : I believe it was because I initially planned to file a criminal case
for bigamy against her for she contracted another marriage
while our marriage was still subsisting.

Q13 : Did you pursue the case?

A13 : No sir for I was thinking that the sensitive matter will deeply
affect hers and my family, and most importantly our son Jin
Kazama.

I am answering the questions asked, fully conscious that we do

so under oath that I may face criminal liability for false testimony or
perjury.
