This is an agreement between these two parties toward the purchase of a vehicle(s) from the
stock of Be Forward Co., Ltd.

Payment information:
The purchaser must pay the full amount of vehicle(s) purchase price to prior to pick up
arrangements. Be Forward Co., Ltd. guarantees stock upon full price payment. An invoice will be
sent to the Purchaser with a total amount due. Upon receipt of the t/t copy within 48 hours, we
will hold the vehicle preferentially. But this does not always affirm that we can reserve the
vehicle. When purchaser makes payment, transfer fee remittance becomes purchaser's burden.
We charge 20 percent of total cost or minimum 1000 US dollars whichever higher as cancelation
fee if the reservation is canceled as a matter of convenience.

For Malawian customer;

Since it takes a long time to confirm the fund from Malawi, we can apply the 24 & 48 hours rule
only when Malawian customers notify us that money will be transferred from outside of Malawi or
by using foreign banks.

Vehicle(s) Condition:
When a vehicle(s) is purchased from Be Forward Co., Ltd. ,the condition of said vehicle(s) was
represented to be as honest and straightforward as possible according to our knowledge. Purchaser
is to understand they are buying a USED vehicle(s), and conditions are described to the best of our
knowledge, and vehicle(s) are not guaranteed as to their condition. When a vehicle(s) is shipped,
the purchaser understands this is a used vehicle, and purchaser cannot put forth a claim on the
vehicle(s) condition upon delivery.

Purchaser agrees that if this agreement is not adhered to, Be Forward Co., Ltd. has the right to
take any legal action we deem necessary.
