French Classroom Rules Contract

The Rules
1. Respect the seating plan and do not change your place unless you are
instructed to.
2. Listen carefully.
3. Speak in French in the French class. If you speak in English, points
with be deducted from your participation in class.
4. Raise your hand if you have any questions or want to give an answer.
Do not shout.
5. Follow directions when the teacher gives them.
6. Work quietly and do not talk in class. Do not disturb others who are
working.
7. Respect others. Be kind with your words and actions. Do not
swear.
8. Respect school and personal property.

Failure to comply with these rules or other procedures will result in the
appropriate disciplinary action outlined below.
1st time- Warning and meeting with teacher
2nd time- Meeting with Secondary School Coordinator and
Principal
3rd time- Call home to parent or guardian
4th time- Detention

I have examined the classroom rules and know that failure to comply with
these rules will result in the appropriate disciplinary action outlined above. I
promise to make every attempt to obey these classroom rules.
