This is my first official observation and evaluation from my MST so I will

comment on her comments and reflect on my lesson.

Overall, the lesson went very well and as I prepared for it. I didnt use plan B
or anything else. Time pacing went good, and the students engagement and
encouragement was an evidence of a good lesson.
However, I will comment on each competencys comment that my MST did
commented on.
So, first of all professionalism, here is my MST comment

thing to do. In addition, my enthusiasm in teaching towards benefiting the
students and myself.

This shows my clear lesson planning and the effectiveness of being clear and
details. However, its an evidence of improving my planning.
Managing learning:

So, related to her comment that I have a strong present in the class, and my
strategies work effectively and creates a good learning environment.
Moreover, I do encourage my students for leaning and being independently.
