22 onto Evidence, is present and appears upon the court in a non-representative capacity

as legatee, and private person by special appearance, and by special deposit, reserving
24
all rights to admit onto evidence, as per California Rules of Evidence, wherein there is
25
evidence, by admission that Claimant was in fact correct in her claims that the
26
27 Corporate Assignment of Deed of Trust dated June 5, 2015, is void for the reason that

 1 the Assignment was 10 years, 9 months, 4 days past the cut off date per its own Pooling
2 and Servicing Agreement which is governed by New York Trust Law which has clearly
3
stated every sale, conveyance or other act of the trustee in contravention of the trust is
4
void. Therefore the acceptance of the note and mortgage by the trustee after the date
5
6 the trust closed, would be void.
