Observed Strengths: / Areas in which further development is needed:

Teacher voice: You were able to project a
little louder today, but no significantly.
Preparation: Once again, you have done a
great job preparing for the lesson. You are
creative and resourceful.
Planning for Learning: Objectives must be clear.
One of your objectives states "student will be able to
create a journal about natural resource. It is not a
measurable objective. In addition, the lesson plan
Managing Learning; The same topic and objectives
were taught yesterday. Although students have
worked on different activities, todays lesson did build
on previous one. Students progress was not
measured nor was it noticeable. The majority of the
students were either playing or not focusing on the
task at hand.
Assessing students understanding: Students
progress was not monitored during the lesson. I was
not able to ascertain whether or not the students
understand the concept

General Comments:

Once again, you show that you are creative and resourceful. A good lesson starts with having clear
objectives, followed by specific activities which directly address these objectives. Resources alone will not
improve your instructions. The structure of the lesson is critical in making sure that students understand the
concept. It was difficult to determine your objectives while observing the class. You were hesitant and
unsure. As a result, the purpose of the activities was not always clear. Better control of the class is needed
