Lesson Plan

Grade: Early Child Development


Subject: Math
Length of lesson: 45 minutes
Lesson Children will sort objects. Goal children will sort by counting

overview/rational: the object.


Process children will sort the objects by their shapes, and sizes.
They need this skill, because it helps them in preschool and in

life.

Curriculum

1. Student will get up in front of the class and count the number
to 1 to 10.
2. They must understand what they have they learned.
3. Student will use they fingers to count they number.
4. The students will accomplish with shapes, color, and number.

Student will watch a short video of counting numbers through
1 to 10.

Materials: Computer
hard boiled eggs
washable paint
Procedure:
Student will look at computer screen and watch a short video. The
student will learn how to count they numbers. They will listen to
video. After that they will paint the eggs. And they will find out the
shapes and size. They children will look at the size of the eggs and see
which egg is small and bigger. Also, the children will come to know
the colors of the eggs. The students will accomplish with shapes,
color, and number.

Assessment:
The assessment will be student will get up in front of the class
and count the number to 1 to 10.
After that they will paint the eggs.
Then the student will find out the shapes and size.
