TITLE OF PROJECT: MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

OBJECTIVES

The objective of study are-:

1) To study about procurement of materials in BSP
2) To know about the inventory control methods.
3) To study about the store-keeping procedure of BSP.
4) To know about the codification process used in BSP.

NEED FOR THE TOPIC: MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

 This study helps the researcher to realize the importance of material management. This
project of material management is an integral part of our curriculum. It helps us to understand
the material management in an organization. It helps to provide insights to support future
research regarding material management for organizations that are both providing and using
reward/recognition programs

STATISTICAL TECHNIQUES TO BE USED (If any)

Control charts, EOQ, MRP and MRP II are used for measuring and monitoring organizational
performance.

PROPOSED METHODOLOGY

For the accomplishment of this project following steps are recommended:

STEP 1: UNDERSTANDING the product and detail study of the concept of material
management.
STEP 2: This step is comprises of meeting the employees of the organization.
