1. Conduct assessment and discuss the outcomes of assessment with mentor


teacher
2. Use information to gain a deeper understanding of student understanding
and determine what students know and what they are working towards
3. Develop lessons/sequences and evaluate effectiveness on improving
outcomes through formative and summative assessment
