Welcome to the 2017 Matt Talbot Spring Retreat. Because of the popularity of this retreat, we have changed
the room assignment policy to accommodate as many retreatants as possible. To begin with, a MINIMUM
of three people will be assigned to each room in the Main Lodge, which means if you are registering only 2
women, at least one or two more AA women will likely be assigned to room with you. To room with your
friends, sponsors and/or sponsees, please send in ONE completed registration form, listing the names of all of
the women on that one form, along with the full deposit that reflects half .of the fee for each of the women
listed (For example: TOTAL DEPOSIT for 4-6 women equals [half of $136] or $68 per person x 4-6
people). (See costs below). First Come First Served Basis is guaranteed for the groups that have paid the
deposit in full along with the completed Registration form. Balances due will be collected at the retreat. Any
necessary adjustments in balance will be reconciled at that time. Registrations are processed after May 4th
ALL deposits and Registration forms MUST BE RECEIVED no later than May 24, 2017.
We ask our Lady Matts to adopt a Spirit of Fellowship as we work to improve our processes!

are available for 50% of the cost of the retreat ($68.00), and are awarded once per person.

No food in the rooms please. You may bring snacks and put them on our snack table to be shared by all.
Directions: Lake Port Retreat Center address: 8794 Lakeshore Dr., Lakeport, MI 48059 www.lakehuronretreat.org.
Do not turn onto any roads marked Lakeshore. Both express ways, I-94 and I-96, end in Port Huron (M -25). Turn Left/North on M-25 toward Lexington and
proceed about 12 miles. You will go through the town of Port Huron with lots shopping and several restaurants. The Retreat Center is on the East side of the street
and is marked with a sign and blue and white flags.

Cabins are 4-6 women w/2 bunks & 2 singles AND Lodge Rooms are 3-4 women 1 queen & 2 singles
(4-6 women in a Cabin OR 4 in the Lodge is $136 each) (Lodge rooms with 3 women is $158 each)
Returning Lady Matt must pay their $20 dues. Dues are waived for first-time retreatants.
Annual dues enables the Board to mail notices, pay the leaders fee and expenses, purchase medallions, supplies, etc. If you are a
Returning Lady Matt, so please include your dues. This check may be sent with the Registration Form or paid in cash or by
check when you arrive.
