LESSON PROGRESSION
Motivation and Introduction: Teacher will welcome the group to the new program and provide a brief

detail on how the 5 weeks will run. They will then question the students on touch rugby.
Group Organisation
The teacher will then ask everyone to pair up. After this is done,
ask one pair two set up two grids 10x10meters.
While this is happening ask that the partner with the darker hair
come and collect a red bib.
Send the red bibs to one grid and the non-bibs to the other grid.

Blow whistle ask students to return balls to ball bag. While this is
happening move the bottom four cones closer to the top four cones. Ask students to get back into their
original pairs and stand opposite each other on the two lines

Blow whistle. Ask students to come in and place the balls in the ball bag. Have one group stand behind the
four cones that are set out. Nominate four players to stand in the middle

Increase the tempo of the drill
Bridging organization: Blow whistle, ask students to come in and place all cones, balls and bibs into the ball
